Williams has such a high opinion of herself , her answers are pretty cocky.
Glad he got in the quip about "you're not selling a holiday now", as it's what I was thinking whilst following your posts. I can just see her at work, in the past, when she got a holiday booking, making a huge deal of the sell to her colleagues.

Control/string pulling seems to be a feature with her, whether it's Hardwick, Johnston through the sexting or Walsh and now she thinks she's smarter than cops & lawyers.

She seems to be enjoying trying to outsmart Cross's questioning and then gets snappy when he exposes a chink.
Does anyone remember what her education level was - did she leave at 16? She is both canny yet preposterous at the same time. ( You need to have a prey high opinion of yourself to plot and assume you can get away with the "perfect murder".( Pride comes before a fall, as they say. )

Oh my, I do not envy the Jury, innocent until proven guilty and all that!, SW is standing her ground. The evidence is IMO totally damming but she is proving to be formidable (sociopath?)

I fear KW taking the stand, SW has told the court that she is highly intelligent has an excellent memory etc but will she present herself as such, I fear not, so putting doubt in the mind of the Jury as to her presenting herself as truthful or acting. I hope I am wrong.

Whether guilty or not SW is one nasty woman regarding her vengeful letters to her lovers alone, I could say more but will wait.

The court is currently being told about her education, employment history and hobbies.

She says she worked for the bank HBOS for eight years before moving on to the travel agent Crystal SKi Holidays.

I don't post in here but I have been following this trial closely. Thank you all for providing tweets and updates. I know that it is a tiresome job but it much appreciated. SW kinda reminds me of Jodi Arias in her arrogance and her confidence that her lies will be believed.

Just adding to this re the work history.

There was a note in the evidence re Williams being taught to ski by Mr Sitiwatjana about 5 years ago. I think it was after this time that she began to work at Crystal Ski Holidays.
So that would give us
Age 30 - 35 Crystal Ski
Age 22 - 30 HBOS

I wonder if she was at Uni or College before that ?

The court has resumed after lunch.

Sarah Williams agrees with John McDermott QC prosecuting that whoever murdered Sadie Hartley was wearing ‘identical’ boots to those she bought in Deichmann’s.

Mr McDermott is now asking about Katrina Walsh’s police interview, a tape of which the jury and Miss Williams have viewed during the trial.

Mr McDermott accuses Mrs Walsh of “play-acting throughout” it.

Miss Williams: “That certainly wasn’t the person I know.

Mr McDermott: “Was the whole thing a manufactured attempt to appear half-baked and slightly mad?

Miss Williams: “I can only pass an opinion on that.But yes that would be my opinion.”

Sarah Williams is now being asked about references to her and ‘murder plots’ in Katrina Walsh’s diary.

“This is a sane woman writing the truth isn’t it?” asks Mr McDermott.

“Do sane people write about murder plots?” Miss Williams asks.

“They are, I suggest to you, a complete record of you and her as a murder team,” Mr McDermott says.

“Setting up, and, I’m going to say it, enjoying the chase.

“Not hunted, but hunters.”

“No” replies Miss Williams.

She agrees with Mr McDermott that “your case is in effect that Kit Walsh must have got another friend involved in these fun and games?”

He goes on to say: “Oh you are clever aren’t you?

“You can’t help stop yourself giving us this rigmarole of nonsense.”
