So glad she has been found safe. Missing girl, 8, found safe after 16-hour manhunt as two people arrested

So this 8 year old girl was abducted on Thursday afternoon by a neighbour who took her to McDonald’s but never returned. It’s alleged she was with the neighbour and an unknown man. The police were watching the neighbours house after the missing persons report was filed at 7pm (she was meant to return at 3pm). A massive search was started all day and all night and then she just turned up with both adults and that’s where the news reports stop. Obviously they are being questioned. I’ll add a link. Did they just get scared as this case blew up in the media in the UK and they decided to just come clean before they could carry out their real motive?
