''Mosquera, who is a keen rugby fan according to posts on social media, is understood to have known both victims, detectives said.
Pictures of the 24-year-old show him eating fish and chips at the Crown and Anchor pub in Chiswick and lounging on the edge of a boat in a holiday destination.
A 36-year-old man arrested earlier in the night has since been released without charge.''

Which witness saw two black males at The Mall pub (involved with the suitcases)?
One witness saw 1 black unshaven male, 1 white male & 1 white female.

Another witness took a photo of the arrested columbian male.

Both separate witnesses saw them with suitcases. It is not beyond the imagination that the 3 individuals seen prior to this could’ve already had the cases?
Obviously this is MOO. Plus the police have ruled out any other involvement.
It’s just a little odd how they are sure of no other involvement so early, unless there is cctv to show he did get the train from London with no other help.

There were two witnesses in my understanding.
The American who said the black man he saw was clean-shaven.
And the chap who had been watching the football at his father's home.

How do their accounts match or differ, and do the times correspond?

Sky News saying a 34 year old arrested. Is this someone else arrested or a reporting error?

In the scene at The Mall they were taking the suitcases out of the car (and crossing the street), not loading them. The bearded suspect (now identified and likely arrested) wasn't present for that.

But nobody else is being sought by Police.
Are we sure the suitcases and people at the pub are connected to this case?
Could it be complete coincidence?
Did Police confirm there are others?
I'm really not sure.

Yes I read this.
Which in itself seemed a little odd for them to be completely sure of no other involvement at such an early stage.
Perhaps they have him on CCTV traveling to Bristol alone with the suitcases.
It's not clear to me if the event at the Clifton pub involving seemingly different people is related.

They are the same witness. The man who watched the football match at his father's place lives in the US.

Another detail of the encounter:
The 61-year-old also recounted how those involved in moving the two suitcases, which were "bursting at the seams", had acted casually, been in no hurry and even "chuckled" at times.
..
When his Uber cab arrived, the three had moved to get into it but Mr Malone pointed out it was his.

So according to this witness, all three people (two men and a woman) tried to get into his Uber? If that's true they are likely not related to this case.

''The Metropolitan Police said armed officers detained a 34-year-old suspect at a train station in the city of Bristol early Saturday.''
''The suspect “will be taken to London for questioning later today,” police said in a statement. “Extensive enquiries are ongoing, however at this stage police are not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident.”
''A 36-year-old man who was arrested in Greenwich in southeast London on Friday in connection with the investigation has since been released without charge.
___
This version corrects the age of the suspect to 34 from 24, after the Metropolitan Police amended the information.''

Are they?
Anyway here he is giving a full account of the incident.

It makes such a difference hearing directly from him rather than the often mangled accounts in the papers.
I thought it was interesting that he describes the first case as being more like a trunk.

JMO he looks so normal! I was shocked when I saw this photo.

By normal I mean he doesn’t look like anyone who would be caught up in stuff like this but then also what does someone who is caught up in stuff like this looks like
