Agree Kat. I don't know how I've missed it around here. Not that we can take opinions of others as news, but, potential crime scene photos such as those in this link, search sites done by locals, are very helpful in getting a real life feel of the case.

If anyone is interested, in a few minutes talk radio will be coming on and should be discussing Haleigh's case. Enjoy at this link below

He lives near the pond and said his yard is now full of water.

Investigators said crews were pumping out 250,000 gallons of water every hour, getting it to a level appropriate for dive crews.

"It's around my property, and my property's low," Pritchard said.

Investigators said the water being pumped out stayed around the area. They said they expect the water to gradually make its way back into the pond.

Pritchard said he wished the crew had cleaned up some ditches beforehand.

"For as many of the gallons they're pumping out, the water is slowing down because the ditches have never been cleaned out," Pritchard said.

Above link is to the Putnam County Jail, in Florida for those who need it.
no problem, it's posted, ya just never know we'll have it and hopefully never need it. We didn't have the link posted in this thread. Seems so many people are being effected by this case, so we'll walk it through til we get to the other end. For now, it's there as a reference. Have a good evening.

I thought this was worth current discussion concerning all active searches, tips and news releases. Again, another dud. The specifics mentioned in the letter, coordinates to the mh tells me a few things. The person has done their homework in researching if their a total busy body outsider. Or they do have intimate knowledge of the area with details. As LE did a thorough re-search of this same area with the dogs after receiving this latest letter tip by the "Messenger" of the fbi informant/psychic. Could this be the guilty perp playing around with LE? I would like to know who this Messenger is in relation to the writer. I don't know if I'm buying she doesn't know anyone.

Investigators using cadaver-sensing dogs to check a tip describing the burial site for Putnam County&#8217;s missing Haleigh Cummings did not find her there.

The site near the Satsuma doublewide mobile home where the kindergartner disappeared in February had been checked before, said Capt. Dick Schauland of the Putnam County Sheriff&#8217;s Office. He said the search was retraced last week because the tip provided directions, distances, and angles to turn.

&#8220;This tip was kind of specific,&#8221; he said.

Schauland said a woman who dropped the tip off at offices of the St. Augustine Record Wednesday later told detectives she was passing it on from a retired FBI agent who is in his early 80s. He said she did not name the man.

&#8220;Hopefully she will get him to talk to us,&#8221; Schauland said. The woman&#8217;s name has not been released.

Since the pond search, two jailhouse letters surfaced written by a friend of Misty Cummings describing a party where Haleigh ingested drugs and died and was taken to a pond.

Schauland said interviews with Prevatt were prompted by leads they were already following.

Thank you Kool, wonder what this is all about? Anyone have any inside information about what we might see or hear? I know what I want to see and hear concerning this investigation!

I'm thinking, if you scroll up to post 31, you'll see a link from actionjax news, who were there at the time of the last pond draining search with news trucks and filmed around the search, they had some video coverage back then.


I'm thinking, this is the same old video, but with a new twist, or maybe have asked in an interview, maybe LE explained what was transpiring as the video ran that they had filmed. I could be wrong. I wish and hope it's totally new information, but I doubt it. They have been running this header for a few days now.
What gets me, if this is important, an exclusive, and possibly could give information to the public in the quest to find Haleigh and the person guilty, why hold it for ratings, to draw the attention in, but wait days to advertise?

This is a missing childs case, it should have been done immediately if anything is to be gleaned newsworthy or informative. We'll see.

I agree with you. Interesting how media outlets are often referred to as a parents best friend in a missing child investigation yet recently it seems media has been holding back interviews that might have more dramatic effect at a later time. pathetic and cruel. JMO

Earlier today Capt Dominic Piscitello made the following comment:

"Someone knows what happened. We are not going to put this case on the shelf and let it go cold. I will assure anyone who wants to know that I personally will see that this case is on our mind, tongue, and heart every single day until we find her"

Hopefully, real soon some real pressure will be applied where needed...JMO
