This witness does not seem very reliable as far as her memory goes

There is something wrong with a defense attorney who looks like he's smiling/smirking the whole while...

It's weird, but I figure it's a nervous habit. The blonde, on the other hand, seems to be smirking when the prosecution is up. The judge acts terminally hacked off. :ohdear:

So... was he going to pretend to die so that he didn't have to keep the younger children?

I'm so confused why he would say he was dying?

And steal their identity while being taken care of by his nurse/nanny Gypsy.

Is it the state's theory that Martin drowned his wife after intentionally overdosing her, rendering her unable to resist?

Yes but EMT's bring a lot of equipment with them. I think he was not really trying to help her. jmo

The only thing, IMHO, he did was realize she was fully dressed! He was stripping off her clothes every time he was alone with her. Ada saw her fully dressed, Kristi saw her with no pants and black top first time, she left and Kristi and Angie saw her with only the white tank-type shirt (which she probably had on under the black top).

I just don't get when and who removed the clothes.

So did Martin do CPR or not??? Seems hard for these witnesses to say, IMO.

No mucus transfer from Michelle to defendant when he allegedly gave her mouth to mouth... surprise. There was none because he was NOT helping her.

if she was going to take a bath; why did she not have her towels and things there?

introduced Jullian as nanny

then convo revolved to them possibly getting married

The clothing situation is a big mystery and one the jurors have zeroed in on also.

Also, the one neighbor witness stated bedroom was immaculate, bed made with 17 pillows. If Michelle was so drugged, how did she manage to make the bed?

Why is this trial so confusing to me? Is it how the lawyers are asking the question- the judge's answers- the Fmr. neighbors answers? very confusing.
