I remember the jury asked the detective what the black spot was in the photo. I don't know if they meant the hair tie or the black spot on the bottle.


I wonder if Michele was leaning over the tub washing her hair?

I have a garden tub very similar to the one Michelle was found in. There is no way I believe she was trying to wash her hair. It is way too awkward to wash hair by leaning over tub. There had to be a normal bathtub in the rest of the house which would have been much more comfortable for Michelle to lean over and wash her hair.

No kidding. I have long hair, and would never think of washing it in the tub. Makes no sense at all.

They usually show the empty jury box once deliberations begin so maybe you'll get to see the layout then.

IMO the Jurors are of course to the side but up toward the witness box. I have noted when witnesses look at the Jurors upon answering they are looking to their left. I think it is a fairly small Courtroom

Yes interesting how the objection from the Defense came about with that question. Must have something to do with Marty. IIRC there was a complaint filed and Marty was described as acting strange. I believe it was at this event but I could be wrong? Oh and thanks for all your updates :seeya:

Why do they keep calling the dude DOCTOR when it is known that he forged records that allowed him entry to medical school? Was his license ever revoked after that came to light?

I think because it may show that martin may have went home and ended his wife's life?

the whole issue is what time was the award ceremony changed from and what time did it happen.......and did martin leave the facility immediately after the ceremony

around 8 am got call
martin's schedule needed to be changed
she was ordered to change the award ceremony
at 930 got another call
and and was told to put back to original time (award ceremony)

confusing.......hopefully testimony will clear everything else
