I thought they had video of his car parked on that street?
Teaser on Fox News says, pertaining to this case, showing a brown evidence bag, ". . . and we now have reason to arrest him."
For now . . . That's all folks.
Because of reckless driving?
There have been a ton of posts here on this forum discussing that there have mainly just been nice things written about the POI on the internet.
If I had negative feelings of a POI in a missing persons case who was still out and about - the LAST thing I'd do is write something bad about them on the internet or talk to the press. Doing so puts oneself in danger- physical retaliation by the POI or friends or legal retaliation if POI is found innocent. And who knows what kind of sickos follow these things-- one might make themselves a target for a sicko following the case.
IMO, if I had negative feelings about a POI in such a case I'd disclose it only to the police and close friends and family out of concern for my own personal safety.
I don't think so ~ because they showed the brown bag and that couldn't have anything to do with driving.
Still haven't aired anything on Fox yet. :dunno:
I've been having an uneasy feeling all morning that when they find J. Matthew, he may not be in the shape they were hoping for.
He seems like the type that would vow to never be taken alive...........
He's out there.........somewhere........apparently in his sisters Nissan. No public sightings, No trooper sightings.
Something feels wrong.
Oh, I am too old to know exactly what that means. But is it as bad as it sounds?

I'm very familiar with C'Ville. My dad has lived there over 25 years.JMO but going 35 with a posted speed limit of 15 IS putting someones life in danger in C-Ville...especially on some of those roads.
Ever notice how some exit and entry ramps have speed limits way lower than navigable, while when others say 20 mph they MEAN 20 mph max.?
Certain parts of C-Ville are like that with winding roads, steep hills and embankments and sharp curves.
Really??

But seriously? You don't think it's ridiculous to say he endangered his mother's life without even knowing the circumstances? That seems incredibly presumptuous to me, and far fetched.
Contingency of what?
Right now the story does not seem to have much to it. No book deal unless he turns to be a serial killer with a bizarre story of life.
I don't see many dollars in this right now
I guess we'll have to wait and see if they decide to give us the details of the reckless driving charge. I sure wish they would.I would hope he wouldnt endanger her life on purpose.I like to think that even serial killers love their parents since they were the ones who brought them into this world, have cared for them and given them half of their DNA. Also because Im a mommas boy and always will be
On the other hand JLMs actions havent exactly been those of a sane and sober person recently IMO.
I have to say, I am a bit perplexed that so many on this thread are reluctant to consider JM as suspect #1 due to lack of evidence, yet the same people have no problem expressing their suspicions about WG, who in my opinion, has even less evidence pointing to him as the perp.
Someone else will have to take over the Fox watch. I have real life errands that I can't postpone any longer. Will check back here as soon as I return (as usual, lol).
