They can say that, but since there's no way to know, I think the jury (and we all) should be skeptical regarding their authenticity. Also, there was no testimony about the colors but the jury heard those objections. That seems pretty innocuous unless there's something to hide, IMO.
Agreed, the whole purpose is to show AH is a liar, doesn't really matter how exactly she altered, she stated that she did not alter, and now a bonafide expert is proving that was a lie. ETA forgot to add, imo.

I personally think that EB is going to be very relieved when this is over, and will never want to cross paths with AH again.
I think she has been blindsided on occasion by the exposed lies, and the dishonesty of her client.

She's gona need a nice holiday at that Trailer Shack holiday park

It would be great if he had an acting spokesperson for the charity of choice there to sign over a big check if he wins. He doesn’t have to wait to be paid from AH.

On Instagram my niece saw a clip of him playing with hospitalized children in full costume. His finger was wrapped and a child asked him what happened to it, he said he bit it off accidentally because he was so hungry:)
Here it is. :)

Everything... all roads... all testimony... all evidence... AH is a liar.
Nothing she has shown nor testified to in this trial is factual.
I could start a list from day one of this trial of all the lies from AH and her legal team.
Credibility doesn't exist for AH.

We don't even know if her dog actually stepped on a bee

It seems a lot of youtube lawyers and commentators have been talking about those terrible texts presented today that were supposedly sent/written by Johnny. It seems many of them believe the way they were portrayed today in court was not accurate....like they were incoming text, there were mulitple people on those texts, there was a group chat, etc...

It made me wonder since Johnny's team has so much time left, could they possibly find an expert of some sort to testify tomorrow to address this so it clears it up? I hate the idea of the jury being left with the impression Johnny wrote those if he really did not.

So more on the bar brawl.

According to Amber, she becomes trapped over there by the sink and JD is throwing bottles at her. (I guess only one breaks the windows over there?)

Then moved herself toward the exit. They got in a struggle "by the bar area" and she slammed her from the wall to the countertop. Then she's up against the wall and he's punching the walls. Ripped the gown off her. Slipping around on tile, glass beneath her. He's flinging her around. She's up against the wall. He punches the wall by her head. Energy shifts to wall-mounted phone by her head.

So I guess she wasn't bent over the counter. At some point, he's on top of her. Now she's on the countertop and it "felt like" he was on top of her.

So her head was bashing against the back of the back and her feet were slipping. So the phone was before he bent her over the counter.

What is she gonna say? What more can she add about them making her lose money over a hoax? This isn't gonna go good, Amber. They have SEVEN HOURS to get you with.

They are gonna get her good, starting with TMZ.
She's going to have to pull off the acting job of a lifetime to turn the jury in her favor.
And, since she's a lousy actress, IMO, I don't see it happening.

If she's asked about the bar brawl again tomorrow, I'd pledge $1 million she'd change her story again and add details about the grain in the "parakeet" floor.

I think one of the problems AH is going to face outside of this courtroom, back in reality, is a sudden change in temperature for her. She's been telling these (slippery) tales of woe to anyone who will listen for the last six years and no-one has challenged her. In fact they've been enabling and encouraging her. She has perceived herself as an LGBT+ and IPV, DV, SA, survivor and figurehead in the circles she's been moving and supported by.

After this trial, back in the real world, she may find it's gone suddenly a bit chilly and lonesome. People have changed their minds. People have found out the truth. People have felt compelled to publicly reach out or support JD. Even her sister must surely feel used and abused? What about her child? People are going to 'wonder' about her now.

As for those texts alledgedly by JD, he has made a strict point of telling the truth-even when it hurt him through this extended trial.

The truth saves you from a lot of trouble.
This can’t be stressed enough. Being honest saves you the stress of digging yourself in a hole by lying (such as Amber).

When he says he didn't type those texts, he can be trusted.
