IV drugs, resisting arrest, 3 counts probation violation on misdemeanor offense, possession of a firearm by a felon, Grand larceny (firearm), conspiracy accessory after the fact, concealing/destroying evidence, conspiracy concealing/destroying evidence, possession with intent to manufacture/selling Sched. I/II drugs, possession of controlled paraphernalia, possession of Sched. IV drugs, & obstruction of justice. Held without bond.

*David Weston Newton (20) arrested (7/20/18), charged (7/23/18) & indicted (7/18/18) with accessory after the fact of a felony homicide, (12/1/18) 1st degree murder, (7/17/18) use of firearm in commission of a felony, (12/29/18) concealing/destroying evidence, conspiracy concealing/destroying evidence, concealing a dead body, conspiracy to conceal a dead body, grand larceny (auto theft), conspiracy grand larceny, & malice shooting or throwing missile in/at occupied bldg. Held without bond.
11/19/18: Indicted on Murder & Use of a Firearm. 12/5/18: Indicted on Concealment of a body, goes to Grand Jury 12/17.

*Keelyn Rose Codynah (23) arrested (7/21/18), charged (7/23/18) & indicted (7/17/18) with accessory after the fact of a felony homicide, (3/9/18) sell, distribute, manufacture of drugs, (12/29/18) 2 counts of concealing/destroying evidence, concealing a dead body, conspiracy to conceal dead body, conspiracy & willfully defiles a dead human body, conspiracy accessory after the fact & willfully defiled a dead human body. Held without bond.
12/17/18 Update: Arraignment hearing on 1/29/18.
*Juan Benavidez II (19) arrested & charged (7/20/18) with felony count of arson of a vehicle. Charged (8/3/18) & arraigned (10/9/18), indicted (7/17/18) with 2 counts of accessory after the fact of a felony homicide, concealing/destroying evidence of a felony offense, willfully defiled a dead human body, concealing a dead body & grand larceny (auto theft). Held without bond.
Arrest related to a vehicle arson believed to be connected to Megan’s disappearance; he was last seen with her.
10/9/18 Update: Prelim hearing on 11/19 for all. 11/19/18: Keatings’ atty has dropped out due to conflict, new atty needed more time. Newton’s charge was changed to concealing body still class 6. No one has been charged with the actual shooting yet. Previous newsman stated it was Newton (that wasn't in the paper) also confirmed by Keelyn. Preliminary hearing rescheduled for 12/4.
12/4/18 Update: Status hearing (for arson charges) on 12/7/18. Trial (for murder & arson charges) set for 2/5/19 & 2/6/19.
1/9/19 Update: Indicted (12/17/18) with accessory after the fact of a murder, conceal or compound a felony, defilement of a dead body, concealing a dead body & grand larceny (auto theft). Arraignment hearing on 1/29/19.
