He probably will be extradited after hearings if he doesn't waive...but there's nothing saying he MUST be. There's been cases where people haven't been extradited.

I got ya'. My point is that he's been arrested and must go through extradition hearings. Not her. In order for him to return, he must be extradited because he was arrested. She has not been arrested and does not need to be extradited.

On NG: Brittany may be a critical witness, many variables that this poor little girl has to go through. If you watch the tape, it gives you chills. Brittany stays really close to JE. Brittany is a victim here.

So far, they have nothing to arrest her for. However, she will be escorted back by LE.

At first, the Chief said family could bring her back. Then after FBI and Lt Mason spoke, he changed his story and mentioned the escorts. And said that family could accompany LE if they wanted to - but did not say that she would be released to her family. :waitasec:

I'm glad to see that escorts will be with her. There is always the possibility that a family member could advise her to stop talking.

That is the same arm he has behind his back.

Her dad did not believe at first that it was her and asked her what his dog's name was so he was sure it was her.
Isn't that sad.
