The way the defense is acting, how do we know for sure that the transcripts they are showing TaySho haven't been altered? Shouldn't the prosecutors review, right then and there, what the defense is asking her to read? Sounds like they are trying to confuse her.

Shomaker doesn't remember Rodgers bringing back a sweatshirt or shot glasses from Florida but does remember he brought back a plaque with words about making memories with your kids on it, she said.

Rodgers also took photos while on his trip in Florida, Shomaker said.

  Shomaker was pregnant with Rodgers' trial when he got back from Florida. That child is three now and Rodgers was a good dad to all of her kids when he lived with them, Shomaker said.

  Rodgers had a second phone that he switched his sim card into after his first phone was destroyed in 2015, Shomaker said.
