Rooney Juror Offers Insight into Deliberations


Rutland, Vermont - May 23, 2008
It took a Rutland jury just over six hours to convict Brian Rooney of murder for killing UVM student Michelle Gardner-Quinn. That jury was made up of seven women and five men. All of the jurors knew next to nothing about Brian Rooney and Michelle Gardner-Quinn when the trial began, but by the trial's conclusion, all 12 agreed Brian Rooney was guilty.

I think that's during the trial. Afterwards is different.
