This is the perp's FB: http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100003795789853
You can just look at his profile picture...and it explains a lot about his attitude.
Please, add my new account some kids decided they were going to spam my last one so I had to make a new one.
I wrote a blog post about this case and friends of Daman have come forward to say that Daman is an awesome family man and that James picked the fight and other such comments.
It is interesting to see their comments and the take on the whole case and how they feel that poor Daman has been done wrong. I havent heard any updates on James lately.
The father of a man beaten outside a Puyallup bar after he complimented another mans car said his son has woken up from a coma and may soon be on the way to a rehabilitation facility.
Daman's supporters have been on my blog, blaming James and defending Daman, saying that it is James' fault and poor Daman is being harassed an that I am an idiot for supporting James, etc, etc.
I am so glad to hear that James is doing better.
Hes frustrated. He knows what he wants, but he cant tell you what he wants, Darrell Foster said. He cant do anything on his own. Hes lost 30 pounds since hes been at the hospital.
I suppose everyone is entitled to their opinion, BUT, the facts that I've heard concerning this crime are pretty straightforward IMO.
There is nothing that James did or said that justified the level of violence from Daman.
Swampmama, are you allowed to post a link to your blog?? :waitasec:
A man was sentenced Friday to one year in jail after admitting he punched a Puyallup man into a coma.
Police said in May 2012, 26-year-old Daman Lehman punched 22-year-old James Foster outside of a South Hill bar after Foster commented on Lehmans car. The assault left Foster in a coma for weeks.
Foster physically recovered, but his family said he has become withdrawn, paranoid, and afraid to leave his home.
