This article states that some of the community were "concerned about him and the rest of our homeless" Does that mean Mr. Wells was homeless? He owned a Mercedes Benz but they say nothing about his residence. I did find through the white pages an address for him (he has an unusual middle name which is mother has used in social media). It's in King County Washington, an apartment complex, but I can't verify that he was actually living there at the time of his disappearance. No court records, criminal, civil, or domestic in the Fife area county court records, or in King County Superior Court records, so I have no idea why he'd be using an alias(s).

Details of Disappearance​

Wells was last seen in Yelm, Washington on February 16, 2023. That day his phone was shut off and all his social media and other online activity ceased. The last place his cellular phone pinged was McKenna, Washington; that day he had a flat tire in McKenna. He has never been heard from again.

Wells may be driving a white 2014 Mercedes-Benz CLS550 with no license plates; a photo of it is posted with this case summary. Few details are available in his case.

Still no answers after Tacoma man disappeared in 2023, parents ask for help

Eric's parents told FOX 13 their son was driving out toward the McKenna Yelm area in March 2023 to meet someone, when he had a flat tire. He hasn’t been seen since.

While Eric did not live in Fife, his last known location was at a hotel in that city, which is why the Fife Police Department is investigating what happened, according to Assistant Chief of Police for the Fife Police Department, Doug Newman. "The leads are very sparse," Newman said. "His disappearance is of a suspicious nature, and we do have some information that Mr. Wells may or may not have had some struggles as many people do with substance abuse."

..."The challenge really has been to try and find significant leads in people who have last seen him," Newman said.
