I have found a person with Arthur's half-brothers name in Brooklyn, New York. I am not sure if it is the same person but, since the census were in Brooklyn, it is possible.
I am having trouble tracking down phone numbers and/or addresses for the brother and his relatives.

This gives us the name of his wife and children. I found another article with this mention of Katherine and Teresa, which gives Teresa's town.

I can't find an obit for Katherine so she may still be alive...if not, there is a town for Teresa, so someone could perhaps track her down. She would be the half-niece of Arthur (assuming the census info above is for the right Arthur, and I believe it is).

Dream and I tracked down one or two of them...I don't remember who off the top of my head. I sent the info to Raine and NM but don't think I have heard anything back from them.
