I can not believe this case. This is the 25th time that the trial has been continued.... It says next is trial, but there is that motion for continuance #163....

*Omnibus Hearing (@ 1pm PT) – WA – Natalie Genevieve Gulizia (14) (Dec. 18, 2018, Renton, fatally shot by mom), 12-yr old boy (tied up) & Michael Gulizia (ex, tazed & tied up) - *Svetlana Borisovna Laurel (aka Lavrinenko) (52/now 56) arrested (12/18/18), charged (12/19/18) & arraigned (1/3/19) with 1st degree aggravated & premeditated murder, premeditated attempted 1st degree murder, kidnapping & unlawful imprisonment. Plead not guilty. Held without bail.
Natalie was fatally shot for calling 911, 12 yr. old was zip-tied, Michael was tazed & tied up, tried to shoot him, but gun jammed.
Trial was set to begin on 4/29/24 was continued on 6/24/24. & continued again – no further dates available. (25th time trial has been rescheduled).

I knew it was too good to be true.... another continuance of trial - for the 26th time. No articles that I can find to find out WHAT is going on with this case! The court docket does not give much info.

Well - it does say trial is next - but - from previous entries - not too sure it will happen... I guess we shall see! Maybe cancelled for the 27th time??!!
