I believe this to probably just the date the family used when having her declared dead. I don’t know specifics, but this is done in some missing person cases for various reasons.

I’m guessing there was just a mix up somewhere along the way. Maybe in this record or the missing person record. I can’t say for certain though.

Wow, good find!

I found another article which confirms Sarah did jump from the Tacoma Narrows Bridge on Nov 23.

PROSECUTOR'S SUICIDE NOTE DOESN'T MENTION DEMEAN

Wallace's suicide note, which was found in her abandoned car by police at 6:40 a.m. Nov. 24, mentions her husband, Roger, and says, ''I jumped. Home (telephone number). I love you always Roger. Call Estelle (last name illegible) and give her stuff in my briefcase. Motion is continued until Dec. 15. I love you Roger, God is with me, Sarah Wallace.''

Sarah maiden name is Morrow. Her brother died in 1989 from testicular cancer and a Ancestry post says he had a mental illness that needed care.

In her suicide note she didn't mention the man she was supposed to love. Could this be something else? It's kind of crazy to think a woman would end her career and life over a witness in a case who happens to be in a jail cell. I have heard of crazier things before though. This world holds some bad people right along with the good.
