I also think Casey believes that sex is love....love means sex......in her head...she only feels loved when she is with a man and is having sex. She craves the attention and the lust of a man...and wants sex with all of them...she only feels good about herself and her life when she is having sex....everything else takes a back seat...sex is love and love is sex.....in her head. It's all for her benefit..her needs, her wants...very very sociopathic.

It does not have anything to do with feeling love in a sexual relationship, Casey is incapable of feeling love. People with her disorder use sex just to get what they want, it is a way of using people it does not have a thing to do with love. No, feeling love in sex is not very sociopathic, she does not feel love, sex is just a means to an end for her. It is the "Acting as if" componant, she knows that sex gives others pleasure she has seen that, so she knows if she can give others pleasure she can get what she wants. Not to say she does not derive pleasure from it, but that is not why a lot of sociopaths are promiscuis.
