Nothing but all my posts regarding a certain matter have been deleted and I don't know why as I was discussing it in a rational and non joking, non off color manner. I don't see how this broke the rules.

Don't worry about it, some people are old fashioned and find it hard to relate to. I can't much blame them but it was a big part of this case.

I watched about 15 minutes of it and it looked horrible to me. Really horrible. I can't imagine having to share space and "negotiate" those people. I'd rather be in solitary -- but that's just me, of course.

i kept thinking it had something to do with making alice admit that he said that without all her extra explanations. the first few times he mentioned it she wouldn't come out and answer, then finally she admitted it. like the judge or dt took her back and said 'you have to answer this question truthfully and fully'.

that's just my opinion.

Exactly. It's part of the case and it isn't off color the way we discussed it.

But I'll reiterate : I am not against anal at all. I just don't personally like the feeling. I don't think we need to put a stop to anything two consenting adults do in the privacy of their own bedrooms. Jodi was not pressured for this. She did it willingly and repeatedly. It isn't Travis 's fault she never spoke her mind if in fact she was adverse to, which I doubt. I'm betting the pushing for anal was mostly her.

Juan wanted to ask ALV another question because she was not responsive to the question he was asking, that Mr. Alexander was exceedingly afraid of the defendants stalking behavior?" Whatever the question was..we never got to hear, because she FINALLY answered the stalking question.
Does that make sense?

I'm not old fashioned in any way but....that kind of talk brings back bad memories for me which is why I'd rather not hear/ read about it. Listening to the sex tape over and over again was really no good for me. But even so, I don't want to miss anything going on in court or sometimes out of court.

i'm thinking it was the way to get around not actually having true 'sex'. i'm sure she got him all excited then helped him decide that it wasn't really breaking any rules. that's what i would do at least. i have a bit of a deviant mind.

I'm asking the same question. He clearly wasn't allowed to ask the question that he wanted to, and simply repeated the same question over and over - after ALV was taken out into the hall and told to answer the question, by the defense.

The defense did NOT want Martinez to ask whatever question it was that they discussed at the bench.

Despite her planning and desperate clean up afterward...even before LE found the camera in the washer...Jodi was the only suspect. Her name was given on the 911 call! How could she not think his friends would at least be suspicious of her? Did she just think having no cell activity or gas receipts in Arizona would be a sufficient explanation if she were questioned?

Looking at that 'clean up' again, I noticed something I never considered before. Seems like the easiest place to clean would have been the sink area, but there is no evidence of any there.

Odd, but I can't figure why.

He wasn't asking the judge's permission. Go watch it again. He stating, to the judge, could he "ask" (aka call her out) with what they talked about in camera (judge's chambers) .... meaning he had already gone before the judge (privately) with regards to ALV testimony. She was in big trouble with the court, yet again.

The judge bent over backwards to give Ms ALV a break and it finally took a TO with KN/JW to get her to comply and answer the dang question
