And mere minutes after trial was over, Ms. (forgot her name too) was on the NG show via phone and said she MOST CERTAINLY still uses her six criteria! I wished JM brought that out or Dr. D slipped it in somewhere the next day but neither did.

Juan did bring this up to Dr. D. by stating that Lenore Walker does in fact use the six criteria, and Dr. D. agreed with him. IMO he let JW off way too easy.

Looking at that 'clean up' again, I noticed something I never considered before. Seems like the easiest place to clean would have been the sink area, but there is no evidence of any there.

Odd, but I can't figure why.

Trying to clean the floor too much time and energy?

interesting... what do you think the other question might be? she sure sounded compliant when she finally did answer!

I wish I knew...I'm hoping once this trial is over Juan will 'explain' what that question was.

Does anyone know when JA bought that 9mm gun that was found near the engine of the rental car?

Also, if you read ALV's twitter page you'll understand that she plays the victim extremely well. I don't know how relevant that is to anything, but my bs meter just rings loudly when I read what she says on twitter.

I just want to jump really quick on a conversation that people have been discussing off and on: the idea of Jodi finding a relationship while in jail. Usually I am neither here nor there about the death penalty, but there is something about the idea of her finding someone that makes me cringe. The idea that she could find love, have sex again, basically enjoy one of the most wonderful things about life. That she could still experience that. It pisses me off, because she robbed TA of it, and I feel likewise she does not deserve to make love or love someone again.

There are some sick ****s out there. A lot of those sickos don't end up in jail. Instead, they end up pursuing relationships with the worst kind.

Richard Ramirez... had a huge fanbase. He ended up marrying one of his fans.

Ted Bundy had sex with the dead bodies of his victims, and yet someone loved him enough to marry him while he was serving time.

Susan Smith... she has had sexual relationships with not one but TWO guards.

And that is just to name a few. If Jodi is given LWOP she will, as others have said, adapt to it, and start a new life. She may even get married. She can continue her art. People will be interested. They will be fascinated. She doesn't deserve any of that. She does not deserve to love, to have relationships, to write, paint, laugh, love, live, etc. Really, I feel quite emotional about the subject. But there is something about her smug attitude that especially rubs me the wrong way. If she is given LWOP it will almost be like (to me) she got away with her crime.

Brilliant post! Thank you.

I was reading about the best way to destroy DNA evidence. I got on some weird site and the subject was how to kill someone without leaving behind trace evidence. They said the best was to kill them in a bag, kind of reminded me of Dexter.
I think JA read up up this crime business on the internet. She figured the best place that was contained and could be cleaned was the shower enclosure. All contained and easily washed down.
She figured this is where to put a bullet in Travis's head and that would be the end of it. Wash up, leave Travis in the shower and walkout.

On a similar theme: I watched two lifetime movies this weekend depicting women whose lawyers used PTS (resulting from battered woman's syndrome ) and were on tral for stabbing their husbands to death. And in one, "Blue-Eyed Butcher", she tied her husband up first, then stabbed him. Made me think that perhaps JA got some of her ideas from TV. Also, I wondered if she really had brought a rope - maybe she hoped she could tie him up but TA preferred to tie her up - kind of spoiled her plan so she had to improvise .....when he was in the shower.
Actually, I never believed there was a rope but after watching those movies I began to wonder that it would make sense if she had premeditated the killing. And I do believe it was premeditated.

If you look at the pic of the box in the linen closet, it looked like there was at least 3-4 inches of water that was on the floor. Possibly making it
easier to drag his body, or clean up evidence.

thanks for the video... we still don't know what the question was that JM wanted to ask do we.

JSKS' expressions as she reads a certain juror's question...

Odd, but I can't figure why.

I "think" because JA knew it was just TA blood. She was behind him (possibly stabbing) and left no evidence there ... of HER.

Yes we know the question that he asked over and over and over:

"And with regard to Mr. Alexander, isn’t it true that one of the things that you know with regard to the Reagan Housley, uh, Instant Messaging, was that Mr. Alexander was exceedingly afraid of the defendants stalking behavior?"

FINALLY she answered: Yes.

No he kept asking this question and every time she wouldn't answer it he asked the judge if he could ask the question he wanted to ask and asked for approaches. So this could not be the question.

Brilliant post! Thank you.

Yes good post but who cares if they have a "relationship" BEHIND bars and can't go anywhere else, don't get to dress all fancy, etc. That's kind of the same has having a wet dream if you ask me.

Well, until I see something definitive on the handgun, I'm going to assume it's still with the rope and her bloody murder clothes at the bottom of either the desert burn pile or Lake Mead.

There was no rope.
moo. Again.

However I do agree with an evidence burn site...

i checked out her twitter page.

pooooor me. (in her words)

love how she doesn't know how to use a #hashtag lol.... bless her heart, as the southern ladies would say.

I'm not old fashioned in any way but....that kind of talk brings back bad memories for me which is why I'd rather not hear/ read about it. Listening to the sex tape over and over again was really no good for me. But even so, I don't want to miss anything going on in court or sometimes out of court.

I completely understand that and I don't want to bring up bad memories for you. I know that we all may have things in our past that make hearing about certains things difficult. But this is a big part of the case and I feel it is important to discuss in a non-taboo manner. There are people out there that think that Travis was a deviant and possibly a pedophile because he liked to have anal sex. This is dangerous, backwards thinking. We are discussing things that, again, consenting adults enjoy.

Was the answer she finally gave a mere yes? I sort of remembering feeling like HUH after her answer.

She said "yes, he was afraid" after she was trying to just "quote" what TA said, and Juan said"No, I don't want to know what he said" I want to know " was he afaid of JA due to her stalking behavior'?

I watched about 15 minutes of it and it looked horrible to me. Really horrible. I can't imagine having to share space and "negotiate" those people. I'd rather be in solitary -- but that's just me, of course.

I was talking about the hair doing,make-up,girlfriends & showers together, all the goodies..It look to me like they all were enjoying themselves.!The only one that was upset was the girlfriend who got pushed aside for a blonde!

I can just imagine her trying to clean the floor by hand at first and then thinking...Cr&p.. this is taking to long, why don't I just flood the floor with water instead? I can buy the using the water for sliding the body but frankly, I don't think that's what she did. He was already soaped up, why the need for water?
