IF this information is true, I suspect that is when H. was killed or taken.
It's a good possibility Misty screamed when she witnessed Haleigh being run over or thrown from a car, or taken by someone very unset on drugs.
This 2:13 AM time could still involve R and M ....was it R.leaving mad???
think about this:
After the altercation ' R' could have went back to the convenience store for cigarettes and snacks after being at the trailer around 2:13 am...and what ever happened, for an alibi.
Someone made the comment a while back that it was very ODD, after R. left work that morning, R. passed 3 or 4 Convenience Stores before stopping for snacks and smokes.....
but if he was coming from the mobile home to the convenience store, this store would have been closer than the other 3 or 4 stores.
Great post MysteryLover. IMO, it all ties in together. There was something definitely going on around 2am. A few things that stand out to me is that Misty alibi, is that she slept from 10p-3a (she just so happens to wake up at 3). Ron's alibi, is that he worked until 3 (just so happens his normal shift would have ended at 12). Tommy now says that he was at the mh later than 10p. TN arrived in record time at 3:30a. It looks like everyone was trying to stay clear of placing themselves there at around 2a.
We got the neighbor hearing screams around 2:30a.
Misty is spotted by neighbors on her phone crying outside the mh around 3a.
If we go with the possible scenario of an Altercation: think about this
IMO, Ron was home much earlier than 3 (In Cobra's tapes:waitasec: LE seemed concerned about Ron arriving home at 3:25 and wanted to know what took him so long to get home) That tells me that they suspected he should've been home long before 3:25a.
If this altercation started around 2a- I think it was between Misty and Ron. Misty being who she is, called on her brother Tommy for help because he was the closest (on 911 call, Someone from Tyler admits to seeing Haleigh at around 2a-2:30a). Tommy get there and all hell breaks loose-which I think was the cause for the scratches on Ron's hands. Did we see any pictures of Tommy the next day? I wonder if he was scratched up too:waitasec:.
I believe, something made them all scatter at some point. Gunfire?? Crash?? They all scattered away from the mh on Green Ln. They knew that the police would be called (don't forget we're dealing with criminal minded people). IMO, Tommy went back to his house, Ron drove to the store (so he could be caught on camera and say that he stopped there on his way home from work), and I'm willing to bet that Misty went back to Tyler with her brother. I don't think Misty accompanied Ron to that store because she is seen pacing around the mh talking on the phone at 3a. I think at that point she was waiting there for Ron to return from the store and had no key to get back into the mh.
Didn't a neighbor also witness a red truck sitting by the railroad tracks that night?
Think about all the people who had gotten rid of their cars after Haleigh went missing: TN, Tommy, RC, and I think GMSykes. And then you have damage to Ron's altima and the blue van.
