So it was registered through a service designed to specifically mask the registrant or owner. It will be interesting to see if they can do anything with this. I have heard of individuals who tried to set up domains in their own name only to find out that someone had already registered them. Individuals usually can't get it changed, though I don't know why. I don't know if it is because it costs too much or if they just don't go through with it.

In this case I think the paper has legitimate grounds. A news media person isn't supposed to show partialty towards any individual over another. A domain name in KB's name that rolls over to attorney she writes about could look bad.

Hey when was it that CA wanted to trademark Caylee's name? Wasn't it about that time? It was right near Christmas I think. Was it the same year?

MD is the blogger that the defense used to get Judge Stickland removed. I don't see any reason to believe that MD would harass Kathi. I personally don't think it was MD, that doesn't even make sense. Who started the rumor that it was MD? Never mind, I can guess.

Marinade Dave was posting on fox 35 blog chat asking for ppl to send him money for GAS and Parking to go to the hearings and trial.... I commented and said he reminded me of a certain person that starts with M and ends in T that was asking for money to take a certain van places during the searches.. couple hours later a comment was made and they were unhappy about my comment.. :great: I asked if it was him and told him he needed to man up and not hide like a little boy...
so him saying this about money made me really laugh...

I am sure the news station will get to the bottom of this.. I wouldn't be calling or anything .. might see numbers and track those also.. if anything I have learned from this site is to think before I really do something stupid and If it would be worth it later... jmo
