Why wasn't Caylee appointed a Guardian Ad Litem?

I understand your frustration. We MUST demand that the focus stay on Caylee!

Mr. Baez is right about his comments in regard to our Constitutional rights
and our presumption of innocence until proven guilty.

He is also right to point out the obvious that until individuals began focusing on little Caylee's whereabouts, No One was actively searching for her!

With that said, leave the law to the lawyers and let's help find this child.

They have cell phone records that give searchers a starting place.

TES has found 84 people and I'm praying that it will be 85 before the day
is over.

Please be a voice for Caylee and spread the word about her search!

Insist that the media stop the Casey drama and put the light on Caylee!

thanks ~

IMO.

Guardian Ad Litems are appointed by the court to children who are "wards of the state". I looked into the program in hopes of getting one for a child who really needs one, but because her grandparent paid a private lawyer to get custody the child is not eligible. If the grandparent had somehow involved the state of FL (which is risky, because you don't know WHO will get custody) the child would be eligible for a GAL. It is a real catch 22.

There is no Guardian Ad Litem program in Orange County, FL?

If you live in Orange County maybe you can help clear this up.

I would love to see an attorney step up and become a guardian for Caylee.
Sue her family for abuse, neglect and wrongful death....
also for the location of her remains....

Launch legislation that prohibits monies profited from violating the rights of children and sensationalizing abuse, neglect and wrongful death in an effort to promote a windfall.

Caylee needs only one person in Orange County to be her voice.
Behind that one person an army will follow.
