Police in Pleasant Prairie are searching for a missing 4-year-old boy named Azariah J. Petrick.

Azariah may be in the company of his father, Markanthony William Petrick, in a 2005 blue Toyota Corolla, police say.

Azariah is three feet three inches tall, weighing 36 pounds.

Markanthony is described by police as "a 30-year-old white male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes."

Police say no threats have been made against the safety of the child at this time.

Late Wednesday afternoon, the department released an image of the type of car it believes the father, Mark-Anthony Petrick, may be driving with the missing child, Azariah J. Petrick.

The vehicle is a 2005 dark blue Toyota Corolla four-door Sedan that was last seen with Wisconsin plates of AEZ-2362.

Information from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children states the child has been missing since July 22.

Azariah is described as a white male, 3-foot, 3-inches tall, weighing 36 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.

The boy’s father is a 30-year-old white male, 5-foot-9, 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

According to the press release, there have been no threats against the safety of the child.

'Everything feels empty:' Mother of missing Pleasant Prairie boy pleads for help bringing him home

PLEASANT PRAIRIE - More than one month has passed since 4-year-old Azariah Petrick was last seen. Since then, investigators have taken their efforts out-of-state to find him. Now, the boy’s mother is pleading for the community’s help in bringing her son home safely.

According to authorities -- it is possible the boy's father has crossed state lines. Pleasant Prairie police say they are working with agencies out-of-state in an effort to locate the missing child.
