Can someone explain what unnamed victim means? Is this a person representing Elijah like a guardian ad litem?

If Jesse Vang punished him in his care and put Elijah somewhere why the hell are they not keeping him in jail? Wtf?!?!
Listening to the hearing, although unnamed, it sounded like they are someone who has the other minor child in their care and are family of some sort.

I recall in reading the rather long court docket listing of actions in KB's child support issues for one or both of her children with Jimmy Vue, there was a GAL appointed by the court fairly early on. I wonder how long that ran for?

a 3 year old who is left by his mother with a known drug dealer/user who has plead guilty to abusing a child previously, on purpose for the purpose of punishment/discipline.

what the hell did she think Elijah did to warrant such punishment????

I am livid.
Where are we able to read if/when either have bail posted? Random question, who was the guy painting and why was he allowed to stay on?

Wisconsin Circuit Court Access it's *usually" updated daily, but depends how busy the clerks are. and you can check the inmate roster to see if their names are still listed.

Also, Jesse is on federal supervision, so I don't think he'll be out even if he could post it.

Probable cause statements against the two have been sealed by a judge.

Court Commissioner Patricia Koppa set a $15,000 cash bond for Baur.

LaBre said the recommended charge against Vang stemmed from his disciplinary tactics or lack of care. His bond was set at $20,000.

They are due back in court Monday.

LE is still at Hickory Meadows landfill on Schneider Road in Hilbert.

Given how they were so specific in the hearing about Katrina having sent Elijah to stay with Jesse for discipline while knowing Jesse's tactics in that regard, I'm gonna bet there are texts between the two that support that. JMO Can't imagine how LE would know that otherwise.

Probably just being a normal 3 yo little boy. Which wouldn't warrant harsh punishment IMO.

I am too! Neither showed much emotion and the cash bail set for both at such a low amount of money? Seriously, I don’t understand this at all.
IMO the Judge appeared to be the one showing emotion, not the defendants. It seemed like she'd stop speaking a few times to steel herself to continue. I totally don't blame her, that's got to be difficult to do and I know I couldn't do it without my voice breaking.

Probable cause statements against the two have been sealed by a judge. However, in court, district attorney Jacalyn LaBre said Baur left her child with Vang in Two Rivers for a week "for disciplinary reasons." LaBre said Baur, who lives in Wisconsin Dells, provided false information to police about her whereabouts.

They are due back in court Monday.
Prosecutor: Mother left boy with man for 'disciplinary reasons'

A 3YO would understand and gain from "a week of discipline" about as well as an elderly cat.

And then the landfill search. Of course.

Poor Elijah. That wee face.

For "send" read "sell."

Can't think of a single thing a 3 y/o could do that would justify even a single day of punishment by another person at someone else's house. Not that there's any age where it would be OK, but it's not like a 3 y/o has the same level of consciousness to do "wrong" as say a 10 year old. Wondering if he went to that guy's house for a week for reasons other than "discipline." Not liking where my brain is going (it's what @Herat just said).
self employed - is that what they call what Jesse does? disgusting
yeah he's operates his own street pharmacy MOO
We do not have the whole story yet and it is gonna be a doozy I think (posted at 12:12 PM CST)
