Her friend told WISN 12 News she found Rogers' phone in bushes outside her home using a location detector app.

Amy said Emily was inseparable from her 15-month-old daughter and wouldn't have left the child with her boyfriend as he claimed.

I can't find an approved MSM source for this info but there is a post by her mother on Facebook related to an arrest. (there is a name but I can't say so here as they are not yet named as POI in her disappearance).
 
MILWAUKEE - Milwaukee police are searching for a missing 23-year-old Emily Rogers.

Family and friends say they have not seen nor heard from Rogers in days. A close friend told FOX6's Cassidy Williams she found Rogers' phone in some bushes near 36th and Branting. On Monday afternoon, May 2, Milwaukee police searched Burnham Park – which is less than a half-mile from the 36th and Branting location.

That friend told police Burnham Park was the last place Rogers' boyfriend was seen. Police combed the area with dogs – and were there for hours.

Agreed, this situation does not sound good in any way.

So based on MSM links, we know:

- Emily was reported as last seen on Tuesday, 26 April,

- Emily last talked with her mother on Wednesday morning, 27 April.

- Emily's BF was released from jail on 27 April.

- Emily's cell phone was found in bushes in front of her home.

- Emily's daughter Katie, along with her BF, were both found at the home of the BF's mother.

So, given this information, it's logical to assume that shortly after his release from jail on 27 April, and sometime after Emily spoke with her mother that day, Emily's BF met with her. We do not know what took place during that meeting, but we do know that the BF ended up with Katie and was found with her at his mother's home. We also know Emily has not been seen since.

AFAIK the background between Katie and her BF hasn't been discussed in MSM, but one obvious question to ask right away is whether there's a history of DV between Emily and her BF.
 
I understand names cannot be given nor initials.

If someone does some research of the names of those close to Katie you will find news articles where charges were brought up due to a situation that involved Katie. The case was dropped due to someone being incarcerated and not available to attend their hearing.

Statements were made by Katie in the article stating she hadn't went to LE sooner in regards to things that had happened to her as she didn't want someone to go back to prison.

So Emily's BF and daughter Katie were both found at his mother's home, based on MSM reports. Was the BF's mother also at home at this time? If so, she would likely have some information about this situation.

Logically we would expect at least some discussion/communication between the BF and his mother regarding Katie and Emily. It would be both odd and concerning for him to show up with Katie at his mother's home, and not say anything at all regarding Emily. MOO
 
Missing Emily Rogers: Milwaukee police say 23-year-old may be 'victim of foul play'


The Milwaukee Police Department (MPD) is searching for a missing 23-year-old woman named Emily Rogers, whom they suspect may be a "victim of foul play."

MPD issued a "Critical Missing person" alert for the woman on Tuesday. She was last seen eight days ago, authorities said.

"There is reasonable suspicion to believe her disappearance is not voluntary and/or she is the victim of foul play," MPD wrote in a Facebook post informing the public of Rogers' disappearance.

The missing woman's phone was found in bushes near South 36th Street and West Branting Lane, less than half a mile from where she was last seen.
