Plead not guilty by reason of mental disease/defect. $1M Cash bond.

Further proceedings hearing on 11/6/23 was rescheduled on 12/11/23 @ 9am. 11/16/23 Update: Examining psychologist's report by Dr. Frank Cummings. 11/20/23: Invoice/Statement for Dr. Cummings. 11/21/23: Letter from DA requesting second NGI evaluation. 11/22/23: Order for 2nd examination under 971.16. Wis. Stats.
