CONTINUED MOTION TO MODIFY BAIL -
This motion commenced on 07-19-22 and is being continued today.
Defense is requesting that another person be approved as a supervisor for the defendant. Attorney LaBre states that they obtain the contact information of this person from defense counsel and Detective Bessler made numerous attempts to contact him, leaving voice mail messages, etc. She never received a response back.
The Court has grave concerns about approving this person if he won't even return calls from the detective. For those reasons, the motion is denied.
