I had posted this (below link) on the WS Georgia Weckler thread. The article above states she had several large cavities in the teeth that were found. That tells me this child was already neglected at home and IMO, this neglect evolved into murder, especially since this child was never reported missing by a family member. I'm betting familial DNA will solve this murder one day.

The Daily Telegram Wed, Oct 07, 1959, Page 7 (link: Newspapers.com) reports that a woman found the girl's head on October 4th, 1959 and searchers found nine teeth the next day. The paper also reported that a man who lived in the area saw a vehicle parked near a culvert back in May of 1959 with a small hand protruding from the car. He reported it to the police but by the time they got there the car was gone. Other body parts were found near the culvert after the search in October.

We can assume the police never searched the area back in May or they would have found the other body parts of the young girl who the paper reported as seven or eight years old and was believed to have died two to six months before the head and other body parts were found.

A later news report in The Sheboygan Press, Fri, Oct 09, 1959, Page 9 (source: Newspapera.com) stated some of the blonde girl's bones had been fractured with the police chief stating she was a murder victim. A partial license number of the vehicle was given to the police by the farmer who saw the car with the girl's hand back in May.

The Stevens Point Journal, Mon, Oct 05, 1959, Page 1 stated" Additional remains of a little blonde girl who had been butchered and flung into underbrush along a suburban road were assembled today."

I agree with you. I also believe this poor little girl was neglected for a period of time. Seems like she may have suffered during her short little life. I really hope this case is one included in FGG.
