Ask me how to get your loved one in NamUs
Do we have a copy of her autopsy report?
There is a lot of info here that was not previously released, although I am not sure if it is 100% reliable:

I don't get the feeling that these cases are related, outside of a possible cognitive disability, RJD does not fit the "type", also she was just tossed out in the open. SZ concealed/hid the bodies of the 2 victims we know about. JMO, yet I would think that LE is looking into the possibility.
Thanks for the link. I have no clue where they got their info; I've never heard she was wearing a medallion on her wrist. That actually goes to a male in Georgia. It's not on her NamUs profile, nor her NCMEC profile.
Apparently NCMEC posted it to their twitter - This item was found on an unidentified deceased child. Can you help identify it? http://ow.ly/i/5IBdh http://ow.ly/xmiqc
no where does it say it belongs to RJD. Looks like Diane W MSW some how added RJD there which made it take off as truth.
It's on the profile of John Doe 2009. The exact photo.
SKELETON, CATHOLIC GIRL?? Who died in 1980-1990 FOUND In WESTERN US .@USCCB .@MissingKids .@Pontifex PLEASE ID
The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children dispensed newly offered major new pieces data from law enforcement. Here is their post. NCMEC ‏@MissingKids May 28 This item was found on an unidentified deceased child. Can you help identify it? http://ow.ly/i/5IBdh http://ow.ly/xmiqc #HelpIDMe. This is the first released additional information for Racine Jane Doe in the new reassessment of this case.
It strikes me as something that an Orthodox Russian would wear.
That was my thought too. Or maybe Greek Orthodox, or Armenian.
I think it speaks to the rumor that she was an immigrant. I wonder what the immigrant population was like in Racine County in the 90s.

Sorry, I know it wasn't hers. I was guilty of wandering off topic, speculating about its origin.
How does the Doe network do things? I submitted my match for RJD re : Doreen Vincent.
This was their reply:
I checked our database and this is already been submitted.
Thank you,

Perhaps I should just resubmit to the Investigator that I had originally submitted her to?
I read in a way back post (on this thread) that the Doe Network told someone they did not feel she was Doreen , and that they felt she was foreign due to the bad condition of her teeth.
What I want is a DNA comparison/rule out. Or am I being unrealistic?
An opinion is easy to come by, we all have those, but they prove nothing.

What determines who they rule out? They have ruled out females that look nothing like her; example:with Blonde hair/ blue eyes. I don't get it.
I submitted Doreen Vincent some months ago.
The only thing I can think of is that Doreen had a small mole on her abdomen, yet if RJD was abused in that area , maybe it was over looked. At any rate, why not officially rule her out? Doreen is not on the Ruled out list at NamUs.
I don't really worry about the age she "was" or location she is missing from, as anything can happen. People have been found alive/deceased many states/years away from where they originated, in other cases.

The nose is exact, especially note the shadow on the <- side, the chin, also the -> eye appears slightly narrower (less "open") on both . The face shape, I see more similarities than differences. I just wish they would rule her out at the very least.
On first glance, this to me is 100 per cent the same person.
Did anything ever come of the analysis done after the exhumation?
I doubt they ran DNA re: Doreen. I don't understand it. I only know she is not on any public rule out list for RCJD.
It is encouraging that others see the resemblance.
Despite the obvious similarities,I have circled here, a small detail that really convinced me that this could be Doreen.
