United States v. Walker, No. 10-2355 | Casetext Search + Citator

Valerie's name appears in this court case. It she along with four others died of heroin overdoses distributed by a large scale narcotics trafficking organization.

To What Purpose: Arrests! At last!
Here's some additional information. This article states Valerie body was dumped in a garbage cart where it was later found. I guess that might be a mistake.

Dubbed "Operation Lake Effect," the investigation started in early 2007 when Milwaukee police pulled over Lonnie L. "G-money" Johnson, 31, who is identified as the Chicago-based supplier of the ring, according to a 70-count criminal complaint. Authorities already were working with informants on the ring, which was already being traced into Waukesha County, it said.
Last August, Valerie Luszak came to a house at N. 18th and W. Nash streets in Milwaukee to use heroin and died when she injected the drugs, the complaint indicates. Louis Brown told police he wrapped Luszak's body in a sheet and dumped it in a garbage cart where it was later found. Luszak's age was not listed in the complaint.

The second one is a blog post so not entirely reliable. The court doc says nothing about her body being found

The Louis brown friend whose house she shot up at - shouldn’t he know where her body is?

You are completely right. It does say: Valerie's body was dumped in a garbage cart where it was later found. That Louis Brown dumped it there. Usually if they dont get all the body parts, they'll keep the missing person up. But this one doesn't say that. Someone could email the detective and ask for clarification - the contact person is Jamie Sromalla, milwaukee pd. I usually google for the address or email the main dept and ask them to route it to the officer.

I was just reading about her. Here is a screenshot of the information about her overdose, but there is no mention that her body was found. If she overdosed at Louis Brown's residence, then where the heck did they take her? If it's the same Valerie, then why is she still missing if they found her in the garbage cart other than not finding all body parts. The dates of death/missing do match. Is this an oversight by LEO?
