I think that when he went to the store the first time he was nervous and forgot to use his vic card and his debit card. When he got back home he realized this and went back in order to establish an alibi. He didn't want to rely on just the cameras that might not be turned on or working . The second time around he wanted to make sure that everyone knew he was there. Did someone say he wore a watch in one frame and not the other?

He thought a lot when he left the store.
That is a good point about the debit card.
Another wife killer, Jason Young obviously did not
think about video cameras.
He also thought about the 6:40 am call from "Nancy".

The best gauge will be the size of the maggot larvae taken from her orifices.....12 hour estimate at best.

That's kind of what I was thinking too. But we shall see. The entomology evidence was some of the most highly contested in the Danielle Van Dam murder case. But she was outside for 3 weeks before found. And none of the experts could agree so it became moot in the end.

I found out the person tonight who helped me I know their family very well. We discussed this receipt. You can get a copy of any receipt up to 60 days from the store. You need a VIC # to get a copy to print all the transactions.
The question is if no VIC card was used for milk then this is an original receipt. If this is original then the Tide should also be original, but it is NOT the way HT prints theirs out.

There is NO 'DSC' like BC's had. the ----line goes all the way across not half way, all numbers line up.

Look at mine and his to see the difference. Something is just not right. You be the judge.

I think you will find with the medication issue, there may be a very good way to narrow TOD based on levels of the drugs and byproducts from the metabolism of her meds in both blood and tissue samples. Well known data base on these drugs.

I think you will find with the medication issue, there may be a very good way to narrow TOD based on levels of the drugs and byproducts from the metabolism of her meds in both blood and tissue samples. Well known data base on these drugs.

I'll be looking into it tomorrow if I can. I wonder how much research, if any, Brad may have done on these same things. Then again I don't thinkthis was a "planned" murder as was JY's murder of Michelle. I need to learn some more about Crohn's disease.

At least there's video confirmation of what was purchased on those 2 visits so we don't have to rely only on their receipts.

If you use your VIC card for any transaction with VIC discounts or not the number goes on the receipt. It goes on the receipt at the time you give it to the cashier. Begining, end or middle of transaction.

The thing is HT always asks before they touch an item for your VIC card and if you found everything you need. I can't remember a time they didn't.

I have never seen DSC...I have looked thru dozens of receipts.

I'm not sure that I'm following the focus on the receipts. There are timestamped videos showing him in the store buying things that visually seem to match up pretty well to the items listed on the receipts.

I could understand if receipts that some consider suspicious looking were the only evidence he was providing that he was at the store at those times. But, unless you believe that the timestamps on the videos were also faked, the receipts don't seem to add much additional information.

Is the concern that the detergent that he bought may have actually had bleach while the receipt doesn't indicate that it does?

We still have an unanswered 4am to 6:15am time frame. What was occurring between 4am and 6:15am? Was Katie really awake? How long was she awake? Did she go back to sleep? Was Nancy awake the whole time? Did she go back to sleep? If not, what was she doing? Laundry? (of course many believe she was dead by this point, but let's play with this time frame.)

And what was Brad doing? He says he was in his home office with Katie, according to the SW interview. In his affidavit he says he was "getting ready for the kids to get up" and this timing pointed towards the 6:22am visit to HT.

Was there a(nother) store visit somewhere between 4am and 6:15am or earlier? Was anything purchased between midnight and 6:15am anywhere? What about between the hours of 1pm and 3pm on Sat. 7/12? Was anything purchased from any store? Any debit or credit card use? Any visits to a bank or any cash withdrawals? Any food purchases? And when was the last cash withdrawal Brad made? When was the last time Brad gave Nancy cash? Did Nancy have any cash in her wallet on Sat. 7/12? If yes, how much?

Was there an empty milk carton/container in the Cooper's garbage? If yes how many? Expiration date(s)? When was it purchased? Ditto empty juice containers... how many? what kinds of juice? what size container?

Morning SG, some good questions.
Because of the 4:20 am HT rumor, rest assured K&B checked out video from that time period before they made the public statement yesterday. They knew that was still hanging out there and could be easily verified by the cops and would soon come out if true.

I think he left the house for the first time after 6 am to dump the body and then swung by the HT to cover for being seen out that early.
