Sounds like they are saying in a round about way mom & SF (which most us us already assume) -no other children in the area are a risk? how can they even hint at that if they don't know for sure who is responsible for her disappearance?!?

My presumption is that they know exactly who is responsible. Knowing it and proving it to a jury though...

The taskforce says it has narrowed its timeline significantly and it has obtained a lot of video evidence from home and government security cameras. The FBI is asking anyone else with potential video that would help the case to come forward

I wonder what "home" security videos they are talking about? Neighbors?

Yup.. I'm taking this to mean security cameras from residences and in and around town??
I wonder if they have someone seen WITH Aliayah?
Sigh.. so frustrating

Killeen said that they have concluded that no other children in the area at risk.

Well except for the other kids in the home and the twins mom is pregnant with anyway......

I wonder what goverment security cameras they mean? could they be anywhere? like a post office, etc.? where do you think the nearest camera to the house would be? in the direction she supposedly went that morning??

If the kids were removed from the home they will probably take the twins when they are born... (hopefully anyway)

when is she due to have the twins?

The dates have changed depding upon who has reported what)... having birthed multiples myself though, she's had to give birth already or will any day or she's going to be a contender for longest multiple pregnancy in history!

My heart just aches for this little girl-I so wish I could have saved her from her awful life..her pictures haunt me!!

Sigh. The problem is LE has to protect their investigation...so when you don't have a family begging for answers (or hitting the media circuit) interest is so quickly lost. No idea why but Aaliyah reminds me of Zahra and it hurts. Unlike some other cases I had a bad feeling about this little one almost instantly. I knew she was gone - like I knew with Zahra.

I truly pray those responsible pay - I'm seeing an epidemic of people who should be protecting their children getting away with murder - quite literally. JMHO

This is exactly how I feel in this case.

Killeen said they are combing through a lot of photographic and video surveilance evidence.
Killeen said officials are using digital enhancement techniques and they have captured a lot of video from homes and businesses in south Weston.

After re-reading from : http://www.wboy.com/story.cfm?func=viewstory&storyid=110133

I am now assuming they can see something suspicious but it is not clear enough for them to make any arrests... :sigh:

No. Heartbreaking. AFAIK only 3 photos have been released. She looks so sad in all of them.

Like she was lost long before she was lost. :(

Awww yes a very good way to put it. I don't want to verbalize what I think that could mean.

Well except for the other kids in the home and the twins mom is pregnant with anyway......

Last I heard the children were in foster care and the twins in eutero. Has that changed?

EEK!

Investigators are considering it a possibility that both federal and state crimes have been committed, and when asked if investigators believe Aliayah is still alive, FBI Special Agent Jeff Killeen said, "there is limited hope that she is still alive."

What could this possibly mean - that she was kidnapped across state lines - is that everyone's interpretation or what else could it mean?

A picture of little Aliayah.

I know the armory has a security system (signs in the windows) and since they have a fenced lot behind it where they park their vehicles, I would assume they have cameras somewhere on the property. The state highway dept has a yard near there on Skin Creek Road, but also another fenced lot with trucks near the bridge where they were diving. A lot of places around could have cameras, I've just never noted them myself.

my first thought was CP or taken over state lines
