I was wondering if anyone knew yet where in Moab—was it a hotel, or a campground? If a campground, which campground. Obviously, it must be in the police records.

At the Kicks 66 convenience store located down the street just a few hundred yards away from the Fairfield Inn, a cashier recognized the couple.

The cashier told the DailyMail.com, 'They came into together on the night of August 21. I remember them because he was telling her to 'hurry up.'

Didn't Gabby speak to her parents from SLC? She must have told them he went to Florida? I'd guess.
I think the trip back to Florida was used as an excuse for them to take a break from each other as well as getting it out before they'd be charged for another month.
Whatever happened after they checked out of the hotel in SLC

And why have Brian fly back to help move the belongings when they could have hired someone to assist? I imagine a round-trip flight would cost much more than hiring someone to help out.

IMOO! I believe LE already knows why the police were called on August 12.
It may be the piece of the puzzle in finding out what happened to Gabby.
Meanwhile BL and family are building a case for an innocent explanation for his behavior! Once they speak to Laudrie the case will come into focus. Until then it is our guess. In My Opinion Only!

Timeline looks great! Reality looks bad. Really hoping they find Gabby. Needle in a haystack imo. May the pings & van tech come thru for justice.

I just looked and do not find a lot of edited captions on her IG.
With that said, I am queen of editing posts, especially when typing from a phone. I type fast and have a plethora of mistakes. So after I post something and read all my mistakes, I tend to always go back and edit to correct.
 
Missing Long Island native's boyfriend a person of interest, hindering investigation, police say

BLUE POINT, Long Island (WABC) -- The boyfriend of a missing 22-year-old woman originally from Long Island has officially been named a person of interest in her disappearance, and police in their Florida hometown say he is hindering the investigation.

Gabrielle Petito, whose family is from Blue Point, and Brian Laundrie were on a cross-country trip to Oregon when she stopped communicating with her family somewhere in Wyoming.

"Several detectives are working around the clock to piece this complex and far reaching situation together," said the North Port, Florida, Police Department, which is now the primary investigating agency in partnership with FBI and working with the Suffolk County Police Department.

He reportedly drove back to Florida alone 10 days before Petito was reported missing, and the events leading up to that are presently unknown.

"As a father, I can imagine the pain and suffering Gabby's family is going through," North Port Police Chief Todd Garrison said. "We are pleading with anyone, including Brian, to share information with us on her whereabouts in the past few weeks. The lack of information from Brian is hindering the investigation. The answers will eventually come out."

I think they are doing g what their lawyer tells them to do!
Her mom said his parents love her!
So I do not think they are doing g this out of spite they are following g legal consul!
