How many skateboards did he take on the trip? Didn't someone say he gave away one of the skateboards? IMO Why would a person take skateboards in a van with such limited space. Bizarre priorities. Why not take a hacky sack instead if he was cooperating in the downsize?

IMO.
Does anyone know if GP skateboarded? This story always bothered me. The couple was strapped for cash, I think iirc GP did sell clothes online (as mentioned above), and skateboards aren’t cheap. He could have gotten a few bucks for it.
I was thinking he had 2 and he brought the other for GP to use? Or he was teaching her? Maybe it was another source of contention between them and he “taught” GP another lesson by giving the extra away.
But I think the Mustang was back Monday night - are am I confuse? If so, then they had to know he was missing then.
They also now claim they searched for him 4-5 hrs Monday after he didn’t return. The lawyer even went as far as to add later that it was in the dark. And then apparently they “forgot” and thought it was Tuesday. Right.

His grabbing her in the face forcefully enough to leave wounds is a dead giveaway for me. If he disrespected her that much by August 12, imagine how it probably escalated by the time he IMO killed her. I firmly believe it was physical, not with a gun.

IMO
BBM. Agreed. I think the situation as you state was escalating, and they were alone and there was simply nothing and no one to interrupt and put on the brakes.

On another note, it’s becoming very disturbing that BL is not apprehended, or even found deceased. This nothing every day in terms of the search is very disconcerting.

I’ve been trying to get up statistics on the most common way someone kills their partner e.g shooting, stabbing etc. I can’t seem to find a decent source, does anyone have access to a link in regards to this. I’m wanting to know because GP death was ruled a homicide almost immediately, in my opinion this suggests an obvious COD. I’ve said before they ruled out a connection with the two other women who were shot, so In my opinion could this potentially rule out a gun unless it was a different caliber. All MOO and just thinking out loud.

I don’t have a clue about the statistics but it seems like the method might vary quite a bit depending on premeditation vs. something that happened in the moment.

Dune pic....there's more pics out there. I think this is the only one I saved at the time.

Do you know how hard it would have be to leave finger nail cuts and bruises by grabbing someone's face? He had to have used a lot of force as you say. Sad that Gabby said in the Moab interview that "he wasn't punching me", she really didn't seem to think what he did was physical abuse and neither one of them seemed to be concerned about the slapping and hitting. Shrugging it off as if it's a normal thing.

I'm a long term camper but we haven't done much boondocking and have a much bigger vehicle so I don't really think I'm qualified to answer. We do keep a hatchet and machete on hand though. They are definitely helpful, even though most times they want you to buy precut wood. I'd LOVE to hear from someone that boondocks on this.
Had to Google what boondocking is haha We stay in free spots all the time, we were at Brighton UK this weekend In a free spot with other friends, we all had our vans and every one of us has an axe in our vans and also toolboxes for if anything happens to the van, tyre irons also, to be honest lots of useful things in the van that could be used for a murder. I’ve been thinking about their plans once they returned to Florida. It’s not that unusual for an engaged couple to live with one of the parents for some time before marriage. It just makes sense sometimes for a number of reasons. A new bride and groom though? - No. Gabby was coming into her own. Really feeling herself as a grown woman. She was ready for their own place. To make their own home and household where they would set their own rules. Gabby could buy and decorate how she wanted. Most young women in her place would have had something like a hope chest, saving for years the special and favored items to make their home. Where are these things Gabby expected to come home to?

Up til recently, I was just sure it was strangulation, and it probably is. But if there is blood evidence, then a weapon or tool-turned-weapon is on the table. Doesn't have to be a gun. jmo

The only way a gun would fit (IMO) is if he was threatening her and it accidentally went off. What people have called bullet holes would be some pretty wild shooting. Even if he were chasing her down with a gun, most of those bullets are going to be difficult to find. I think I read that there were 21 markings made on that crime scene? It would've had to be a big gun and he'd have emptied the whole clip without anyone noticing. It just doesn't make sense IMO

We camp regularly in a variety of areas for short trips and long. We camp out of a Honda Accord with a tent. We always bring a hatchet. Campfires are important to our camping style, as I love to cook on open fire. IME Most areas require that you purchase local wood, most often only available as split logs. We use the hatchet to make kindling/tinder. And for whatever need might arise. Mine is so small, maybe 10 inches long, and very flat. I even carry it in my day pack for hikes. We also pack the car with a smallish machete, we have rarely used it, but it takes up so little space, we continue to take it.

A.pellet.gun perhaps!
Didn't LE ask them if they had any weapons? They replied NO!

I *think* if it is a close partner, more often than not, it is strangulation I believe. I am sure I have seen a report. I will look.

I stand corrected - Knife or other sharp implement, followed by hitting or kicking. See item 6 Homicide in England and Wales - Office for National Statistics
This is definitely interesting. I’m almost certain they would have some form of knife in the van IMO so it could possibly have been a knife. Thank you for finding that info for me ☺️

It wouldn't surprise me if one day runs into another for them, making it hard to tell one from another.

That’s what I thought too but when I was looking it said a handguns, then other types of guns and strangulation and bludgeoning were low down which to me is odd so I didn’t really trust the source. Thank you for looking for me.

It takes a pretty long time to strangle someone to death, and it isn't easy. It would give you time to change your mind. Unlike a gun, which you can fire off in a second and repent at your leisure. jmo
