The one in the Laundrie family that I fell for is Cassie. Her parents actions showed guilt to me. Even if he's been there the whole time, their actions were just weird. But what I find even more weird is that THEY were the ones who discovered the belongings. Fishy. But Cassie.. I feel for her.

I hope he left something written somewhere, anywhere, of his culpability and remorse. I think he loved her, and she him, in their own sick version of it. MOO. May they both RIP. Tragic for their families.

Hopefully the Laundries and attorney will finally talk now. They should tell everything they know and when they knew it. Probably won't though, that's their charachter.

IMO, we do not know their character. They may very well have been fully cooperating with the FBI. They just found out that their son is indeed dead. Perhaps in time they will speak publicly or via their attorney. Right now, I think they're allowed some space to grieve.

I pray that Gabby's family was told first. They deserve that. I wish he was found alive, but hopefully the FBI can piece together what happened. I would assume that they will continue the investigation to show Brian killed Gabby.

Actually, I think they probably told Brian's parents first. The next of kin is usually notified first. When Gabby's remains were identified, her family was notified first.

My guess is they were called to identify those belongings.

Wild that our teeth are so unique that we can be identified by them. They seem pretty innocuous in terms of distinctive body parts.
I’m thinking they can match the past dental work done. If the deceased is someone who regularly visited a dentist, there would be good X-rays and logged treatment done. If a person had previously had braces, there would be casts made of before and after. IMO.

I am now wondering -and I’m sure I’m not alone -if he didn’t add something somewhere that would come up on their cloud, or text or email, maybe something the parents saw & told LE/FBI about so that’s why they were so disconnected from the idea of finding him urgently. They knew he had passed. This could also be why the LE/FBI were insistent on endlessly searching there. Just a random thought….
I feel like the trip to ATT yesterday was significant. But I havent any idea how. JMO

Who has the notebook?

And, given that he has been confirmed dead, will LE continue to work on the case, ie analyze the contents of the notebook or clues into his possible crimes?

That's an interesting question.

Can they justify spending taxpayer money now?

If not, I hope they turn it over to someone with experience who can try to piece it together.

I’m not sure I agree with JB on WFLA that nobody will know what happened now. I believe that the FBI does have information that they would have presented at a trial that they could use to provide a lot of information to Gabby’s family. I do think there has been information available that they wanted to hold onto in order to make their case in court. JMO.

Such a mix of emotions right now. I remember reading yesterday on Twitter, that it's ok to feel whatever you're feeling and I'm going to give myself the grace to feel all of them. I hope we all here at WS, allow yourself and each other the same grace.

I have so many mixed feelings well. My husband said "you look so sad."
