Why was the info about her being pregnant deleted from NamUs and not mentioned at all on Doe Network? She was only about 10 weeks pregnant and may not have even known, but still, I think it's important info!

Hoping DDP will be able to work on her case, and Bitter Creek Betty's.

I remember reading it on LE's bulletin, once they ID' her alleged killer.

I am glad that they have looked into it, and that they are taking our suggestions seriously. The similarities (mainly the teeth) looked uncanny.

I still am kind of confused as to why they didn't mention Sheridan Jane Doe was pregnant until her killer was ID'd. And she had had another baby at one point so it's relevant there too. So sad.

Interestingly, though we've been told Martha Lambert has been ruled out, her name isn't listed here.

They've also added information clarifying that she was on the west side of the highway, meaning the southbound lane:

Circumstances of RecoverySubject found in the south bound barrow ditch on the West side if Interstate 90.

Details:

On April 13, 1992, the victim was discovered in a ditch along I-90 near Sheridan, Wyoming. The location is approximately 5 miles south of the state border between Wyoming and Montana. It is believed the victim was murdered at another location and dumped at the discovery site. The victim was fully clothed other than her shoes and socks, which were missing. It is estimated the victim died in early February 1992.

DNA evidence obtained from this victim has been analyzed and matches DNA evidence from a different victim, also a "body dump," alongside I-80 in southern Wyoming (see ViCAP Alert 2014-03-03).
1992 cold case murder

A cold case from 1992 has recently been solved. A man was arrested in Iowa and charged with three counts of murder including an unidentified woman in Sheridan County. The body was discovered near mile marker 15 on the northbound side of I-90.

Sheridan County Jane Doe’s alleged killer has been found after years of investigating with little to no forensic evidence.

Clark Baldwin, who was recently arrested on suspicion of first-degree murder, will face charges in Tennessee first before returning to Wyoming to face charges in Sheridan and Sweetwater counties.
Agents with the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation, FBI and investigators with a Tennessee District Attorney’s office arrested Baldwin May 6 in Waterloo, Iowa.

Baldwin waived an extradition hearing during a court appearance May 7 in Iowa, according to a video of the hearing supplied by the Billings Gazette.

Baldwin is suspected of causing the deaths of Pamela McCall and two women who remain unidentified, known as I-90 Jane Doe and Bitter Creek Betty, in 1991 and 1992.

Baldwin has also been charged with the death of McCall’s unborn fetus.

The case has been open since 1992, when a female was found dead near the Bitter Creek turnout in Sweetwater County in March and a second female was found in Sheridan County in April.
Sheridan County court records show Baldwin was cited for parking on a highway in Sweetwater County in 1993.

One count alleging first-degree murder was filed in Sheridan County Circuit Court April 23 for the death of I-90 Jane Doe, sometime between January and April of 1992. The felony carries potential punishments including the death penalty, life imprisonment without parole or life imprisonment according to law. The case remained sealed until Baldwin’s arrest.

Per law enforcement, Martha Jean Lambert is not Sheridan County Jane Doe
I didn’t want to say anything because I didn’t know if I should but now that it’s out. I was told that Sheridan County Jane Doe was identified when I said this in 2021. I emailed the detective in charge of the case asking about the possible match to Martha Jean Lambert and was told that while the match seemed possible, she had already been identified through genetic testing.

So Sheridan County Jane Doe has been identified for nearly two years and yet we haven’t heard her name. I guess either law enforcement is keeping it private for whatever reason or the woman’s family asked for privacy.

Here’s a picture of the email

Clark Perry Baldwin is set to go to trial next week (January 23) for the murders of Pamela McCall and her unborn child in Tennessee. We might be hearing more about the identifications of Bitter Creek Betty and Sheridan County Jane Doe during and/or after the trial.

Apparently if the information is correct, both Betty and Sheridans names have already been released. The post was promptly removed from social media though. I won't reveal the names.
Her name as well as Bitter Creek Betty’s name was posted on Reddit by a very reputable name about 6 months ago. She was identified in June 2021. The post is still visible if you choose to look for it.
