I'm by no means a tattoo expert but I have a lot of them from several different artists and have never had any initial their work. If initials are there I'd be more inclined to think they belong to a love interest or a family member.

I'm a long time stalker here, but for info on the tattoo artist, see page 4, comment #65. He DID initial the rose and you can see it on the pdf file that I downloaded somewhere in the last 12 pages of re-reading today. I really hope that 2021 is the year these girls get their names back.

It’s possible that the age range is way off. It happened with the Glades County Jane Doe, she was 15-16 at the time, and was estimated to be older than that.

I have now submitted Dawn. And written a message to sweetwater county police. So now we have to see what they say.

I could read that Sweetwater Does presumed killer has lived only 3 hours drive from Fort Gibsom Oklahoma. And some of his victims disappeared in the same way as Dawn.

NamUs doesn't list automatic rule outs, only manually compared rule outs. An automatic rule out is when a missing person and an unidentified one are compared when they run the DNA in CODIS.

I just wondered a little. because I could not see there was DNA, dental or fingerprints on Dawn. It may, of course, have come later.

The most important thing, of course, is that she had been looked at.
