What really strikes me about todays testimony is that all along I had thought things were more carefully planned out by them.

If even 1/2 of what we are hearing is true then it seems like these guys were total idiots.

And with all the stupid mistakes they made I find it very surprising that LE was not able to get more evidence much sooner and a create a much better case against them much sooner than now. Its incredible how stupid their actions were.

Frankly watching this trial makes me wonder what the heck goes on in some parts of our country...this is really something.

Agree WHOLEHEARTEDLY with this. It has always bothered me that Clint didn't do more. I couldn't get it that he kept thinking it was just Drew. I'm thinking your sister is in a heated argument with ANYONE and you get your butt downstairs and do something. Especially after your mom calls reporting a scream. This does make a lot more sense if this is true. ABSOLUTELY

Judge needs to just say

If the defendant heard it himself then he can testify to what he heard. No matter who he heard it from.

This actually makes me very mad. Clint could have pointed out these individuals from the beginning and told the truth about what was going on.

It seems that Clint was trying to save his own butt. This let Holly's case drag on for three years!
