I am afraid you may be right. I am floored this jury doesn't know how powerful CE is. Many courts have said it is much more powerful than direct.

He should read them the definition of CE. Its like they don't even know what it is and what weight to give it or how to link each piece together.

Do they think there would have even been a trial if these were not CE facts they could consider???????????

My heart is breaking for Holly's family. I am now even more irate than ever thinking about the damage Dicus has caused and may have robbed Holly and her family from the justice they all deserve.

Rather see a hung jury vs a not guilt plea; would then hope state tries the other before returning to ZA since they then have a better case if more evidence is revealed in those cases... IMO all should have tried together since it's a case of them all acting together...

They could not have tried them together. They need one to be state's witness. If tried together, it would be not guilty verdict pretty quickly. The state's only real witness is Autry. By the time they charged them, the evidence was long washed away or discarded. It is too bad that Dicus was left in place for so long.

On another note, Dicus was so wrong to tell the Bobos that he would have their daughter home by X, then Y and then, Z. Horrible detective skills..none do that for this very reason.

I'm glad they are taking the time to ask questions. A man's life literally depends on their decisions right now.

Haha - the Nicks drive me crazy too - I cannot listen to them very long at a time. I told my daughter they are after ratings and increased viewer numbers and agree with every caller

I don't listen to any of the talking heads about this case nor the ones who call in.
