No, I'm just not idolizing her and I'm not ignoring the real facts simply because she's suing Casey. Reality is what it is. I'm not going to bury my head in the sand and pretend that Z?G is Mother Teresa when she's not.
 
Where did this rumor that Casey had surgery or did something to her lips get started? I haven't seen that in any media articles.

I get what you are saying, M&M are in it for their own benefit, but just because Ms. Gonzales was unemployed and homeless doesn't mean she should not get her day in court with a good attorney. Most of these kinds of cases are taken on contingency basis anyway, why should Ms. Gonzales not have her chance. The case is proceeding so it appears to have merit to at least this particular judge.

From what I have read, Ms. Gonzales has a legitimate case against FCA due to Gonzales verifyably being at the Sawgrass apartments within days of FCA saying she left Caylee at those apartments with a woman of that name. There are other connections being bandied about but I will wait to see the postive proof there. I have read about a similar car/license plates, and other similarities.

IMO, there would be emotional distress damages at the minimum, we will see the evidence about ZG looking for/being refused jobs and places to live.

The case is going forward and I will wait to read/watch the evidence and the trial if we are able to see what really happened.

What a piece of work KC is turning out to be. Wearing a disguise and having a 'mouthpiece' so she doesn't have to speak. Just another day for her ducking and dodging responsibility. Couldn't she even plead the fifth for herself? If she's so damned 'innocent' why can't she even show her face?

I agree with you, let Z?G have her day in court, and if she deserves to win, I hope she does. But don't go into court claiming that she lost her home and job due to Casey's accusations when that is not the truth. Don't file a lawsuit claiming your 'good name' was tarnished when it's not even your name to start with.

It appears to me that Morgan has set himself up to be a great hero in the eye of the public - the one person who can 'get the truth' out of Casey. I think Z?G is merely the tool he's using to do it. He's another LP in my book - full of hot air and ego.

The link provided has the documents filed for the lawsuit. It doesn't list that she lost her home or job. Her lawsuit has two counts...
#1...Defamation
#2...Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress

I don't know if M&M have been on TV constantly in Florida about this case but we have not seen anything on here that indicates they have. Unlike his counterpart, JB, who is now in Aruba with his next BIG case, GG, and trying to get him justice which include a full media blitz interview schedules, at various sites on the island trying to fit in with his "tropical" shirts like just another "visitor". But wait. The Arubans have been very low key about this investigation, not releasing information but here we have JB, as usual, in front of the cameras talking about how incompetent ALE is to have the dog searches even though RF has asked that they be done. His client is in jail, in another country that has different rules and procedures on how they judge the guilt of a person and JB is degrading them in front of the world in hopes of "helping" his client gain his release from jail. Is it me or does anyone else see anything wrong with this picture?

The picture has been wrong all along. It started with JB running up to NYC to secure an interview while KC was out on bail (according to producer JL from what I read recently) and paid for pictures of Caylee as part of the deal. From that time on JB developed a romance for the cameras and has been front and center since. The people who had contact and control of what KC was saying at the time this incident with ZG occurred did nothing to stop KC, nothing. They just let it roll.

There are many of us who feel KC will eventually meet her match. It is possible we may see her do so in the form of this civil suit. Obviously people are still interested in seeing justice for Caylee in the right way. jmo

Thank you. That's very interesting. So it's only in the media that Morgan has been claiming that Z?G lost her home and job due to Casey's accusations. Is he trying to sway a potential jury, perhaps? The only provable (at this point) false information I see in those docs is that Casey named ZFG's kids when, in fact, Casey claimed ZFG had no children, and of course the false name.
 
I'm thinking they had to have had KC remove her glasses during the questions. I would think glare from lights in the room reflecting off her glasses would interfer with the video. jmo

My "remembrance" is that they contacted her after seeing her story in a TV interview.

You're clearly out to get her and implying that the rest of us have our heads in the sand is silly and pointless. No one is idolizing her or calling her mother teresa...not sure what the point of that exaggeration is.

Look at what the Italian media did in AK case. All kinds of mistakes in American media reports. You always have to look for that word..."alleged".
Very important distinction in this article. Is he trying to sway a potential jury? I don't know enough about civil cases, do they even have jurys or just a judges decision. All high profile cases are tried in the media public arena, goes to free speech and all. All I can say is hopefully theres enough people in the world to look at the evidence and make an informed decision..unlike the A trial...:banghead:

I was thinking about this deposition and still laughing about OCA's "disguise" and realized - you know - there is something about OCA that is just "off". Dr. Krop claimed she has above average intelligence - but I wonder if this is about the sociopathic personality. That idea of imitating a person with a soul but never quite getting it right....

Just for a minute - think about it...when in high profile cases do people wear disguises to testify in cases? When they do not want the public to know their identity or what they look like.

Well duh...This woman, her lawyer and her family has made a point of making sure every angle of her face, every expression she has probably made, including her reactions and the way she walks, how her voice sounds...we know it all.

So what's to hide? Some peeps have said - because her first "get out of jail free" pics haven't been sold. Well excluding the Ohio ones...but will those pics be a surprise? Would an interview have anything at all that would be new and different? Nope - same old same old. Sure fix that nose or those teeth or puff up the lips if you want....still the same old KC...

It's like she doesn't "get" it.....disguises are for people we have never seen, not her..this attempt was just plain goofy...we know how she reacts, what her face will do, how her body will look as her expressions change. A couple of superficial changes will never change that. So I think this was her very own high drama moment, that and she is afraid to face the general public yet, as herself, without the protection of the courtroom, or her lawyers....IMO
