Why shouldn't she hold Casey responsible for the HORRID action of accusing an innocent woman of kidnapping and murdering her child, a child that she has already dumped in a swamp?

Why shouldn't she make her accountable for that horrifying accusation?

Should Casey get away with all of her terrible lies and accusations?

Zanny wasn't REAL. Who on earth in the past two years since CAsey got arrested and the body found, how many still think Zanny did it?

Sticking to the focus on the thread, I am mad at Zenaida for bringing a frivilous lawsuit when its obvious shes not a Fernandez and looks nothing like the phantom made up kidnapper. If people want to pretend these past few years people thought Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez the made up nanny was real and this has caused Zenaida Gonzalez so much stress, thats fine. So it was ICA's lie to her mother that kept this in motion publicly when it could have all been dropped early on. Shocker.

All KC had to do was tell her mother LE showed me pictures and none of them were ZG. KC didn't do that, she said LE did NOT show me any pictures. CA then stands before the media and tells them what KC told her. It gets some people angry and ZG starts to get threats. Her children are threatened. With no job I would think by this time she would have been staying with friends. I believe, JM said at one point ZG was in a shelter because she could not find work.

We see the reaction to KC now since the verdict came in. Imagine what ZG had to endure until it was clear she was not the nanny. LE cleared her right away but the media kept it up and CA added fuel to the fire. That is the issue. This all started to KC lying. CA stated their is always a little truth in KC's lies. You just have to figure it out. jmo

Sticking to the topic of this thread, Casey isnt the only one who needs to be worried about karma in this story. Anyone who adds Fernandez onto a court document to try to be who Casey said is pathetic.

And I do NOT find it damaging to Caylee's name or memory. QUITE THE OPPOSITE. This case is one which demands that Casey is held accountable for her lying and thieving ways and for the way she blames others for her own actions. I applaud this lawsuit for that reason. Casey KNEW her baby was dead. Yet she sent to world on a wild goose chase, which all began when she somehow fixated on this woman's name and the apt. she visited during the 31 days. How could she target Zenaida when her name was wrong on the card? Why did Casey not say, it was C Zenaida Gonzales? Had she done that, Zenaida may have stood a chance at getting some cash.

It sounds like ICA had the ability to end it for this woman early on. Unfortunately when she lied to CA she went out in public with this info and it in turn got really bad for this woman. I do remember media of her being called a baby killer and child molester. I do think this woman gets money and for every dime ICA gets I hope she gets two of them. ICA could have put a stop to it and didn't. She should pay for that.

It's clear when there is so much opposition about something that has already been accepted I would think John Morgan must have a pretty good case. lol

Making money off of Caylee's name, another "irony is rich" statement. Who made $200 plus on pictures of a "missing" Caylee to pay for a DP defense when she hadn't been charged yet with Murder 1. (JB never thought anyone would find this information out so he knew) What other family members have made money on a Foundation set up for a Missing Caylee and pictures sold to media outlets. KC's favorite song from Sevendust, The Past, "I'll pray it doesn't scream my name." Can you hear them now KC??? How appropriate!!!!

Just to be accurate there is no evidence that Casey was at Sawgrass on June 17, 2008. In fact IIRC there are no cell phone pings from Casey in that area that day.

Seriously, if a landlord kicked you out because they thought you were the phantom kidnapper, even thought you didn't fit the description except for hair color and race, then that suit would be bigger than anything she could get from Casey. And job discrimination? Wasn't she a maid? What happened? She was cleaning a home and someone saw her name tag that said Zenaida, and said, even though you dont look like the phantom kidnapper, since your name is Zenaida, you are fired? This would be huge, and money in the bank!

I cant wait to see how she proves her damages! I have no doubts she wants her day in court since she seems to be an opportunist. Apologies isn't going to pay John Morgan. No way did she lose her job and home over this. No one mistook her from the description given that she was this nanny. No one even believed she even existed. Well, a few did I guess..

Well, I know it can take minutes to change your number,and if anyone thought she was the woman described, well.... their judgment may be off. But anyways, if there is no Gonzalez in her name she is facilitating a scam,no and's if's or but's.

I hope he reads here to and calls up Z and says, if you are asked in court if Fernandez is in your legal name, are you going to say yes and be truthful, cause if not, you are dropped, I wont help facilitate this scam. Maybe he just believed her like Baez believes Casey, I don't know.

Caseys lawyer is going to say, did you attempt to deceive the public by putting Fernandez on your papers? I mean why would anyone do that if they truly were not a Fernandez? She didn't use the 'C' because that was some random initial that did not fit with the name she ALREADY had been using. She had used the name ZANNY for awhile already. So the C did not fit in with her story.

Plus when you look at the card it looks like the C is a mistake. It is odd so she probably ignored it.

I don't think it is about the cash anyway. I think it is about the deposition. Putting Casey under oath is the purpose of this whole thing. I cannot wait.
