ZFG lawsuit gives defense a one-up

Is it just me or does anyone else think this has gone too far with the ZFG lawsuit? This should have been postponed if possible until after the murder trial. We're hearing all the information and testimonies of all these "witnesses" and so are the defense team. They can now easily plan their defense better after knowing what everyone else will already say while on the stand for the murder trial.

I just think this is absurd. Never have I seen so much info put out there beforehand.

ZG's law suit has NOTHING to do with the murder of Caylee. It has to do with the false statements that Casey gave to LE and the Anthony family's insistence on Zanny the Nanny being a real person. This was the only ZG in the immediate area and she was the one who took the heat. She deserves justice.

Cindy may have found 15,000 ZGs in Florida, but I do not believe that. Are we supposed to believe that Casey drove 3 hours to drop off her child at a ZG's house in Miami? As for this ZG not being the "10" ZG, how would Cindy know since there are no known pictures of the invisible nanny. This ZG is the only one who has any association with Sawgrass Apts where Casey said she left Caylee.

I don't think that justice for ZG should HAVE to wait to see if Casey is convicted or not. This isn't a wrongful death lawsuit about Caylee.

Not everyone sits on true crime forums and picks these stories apart. The average person with a child/children would think twice about renting an apartment in a complex where a child was said to have been abducted.

You're missing my point entirely, but that's okay. By the way, KC has never made an official statement that the abduction took place at JBP.

The A's have lied so much during this entire saga, that needs to be stopped, they want to blame someone else for the murder of that poor baby Caylee.:behindbar

ITA, I think ZGF's atty's were trying to put a stop to it while their client was implicated in a kidnapping, hopefully before it had gotten to the point where their client was implicated in a murder-Of course, we are at that point now, and KC has still yet to admit there is no ZFG.

I suppose anyone can bring a lawsuit, but to win the suit Sawgrass would have to show damages. How could they possbile do that? Even if rentals are down, how can they prove it was due to KC's statements? I don't think they can.

As to ZFG, she had reporters swamping her while she was at her job, to the point that she was fired over it. It's hard for her to find a new job because any potential employer would be afraid of the same thing.
