I don't understand why Stone is covering up ANY of it. But then again, I don't understand a lot of it.
I would love to see Rachael brought home to her family & friends more than anything. But truth and justice certainly would help that and the dealing with it!!!
I've managed to hop off and go mobile... Can someone fill me in... Did someone SAY that Rachael caller "Norbert"... (Don't they mean Norberg?????) that day? Or have I managed to lose my mind?
With you, fingers, toes and every thing else is crossed that the "solid evidence" is a face punch no one is expecting (but us!!!!)
Rhetorical or not ... I just hope defense doesn't bore the jury to sleep... and its pins and needles for Capone AND Stone. I hope Stone has to eat his plea agreement.
HOW does that happen... who picks the fair over this! And WHY can't someone else blog! COME ON! It's just entering key remarks! I WANT to know what Alisa said! I want to know what questions were asked! DAG NAB ITS!!!
The more I think and the more I hear.. the more I read into it ... the more I agree. They are leading EVERY ONE on a wild goose chase. We have ALL said it many many times.. he is WAY TOO CONTROLLING ... not to know where she is.
I also agree.. have thought many many times about F. Her trauma with Capone.. she surely has a lot to say... helpful or not... the man is a monster. And should be portrayed as such as much as possible!
I also can't remember if it was white.. but if they had any questions about it at all, it wouldn't be sold now. Which leads me to believe there is NO evidence that vehicle was used/spotted in any way shape or form. Right?
You are right tho... white SUV's are indeed a dime a dozen!
I do remember that! No testimony that I have seen/heard.. and not sure it has even been brought up since back then? I also don't think that the Durango was used in everything Stone is saying it was used in. WHY would he use his own vehicle. Holes in that in my opinion..
Capone's ex... as in...
Charles Capone has a laugh with the bailiff on the way out of the courtroom. Trial done for the day Dylan Wohlenhaus (@DylanWohlenhaus)
Seriously? What in the heck is there to laugh about???
Scenario in my head..
Does Capone push her against the building, maybe bloodies her nose? lip? head? ... Sees the blood and it maybe "fuels" him to strangle her? When it's over, he picks up all the "stuff" that fell out of her purse (this piece of paper being one of those items) gets the blood...
I had no idea the paper was that big, and had that much blood either. So many questions. Many that the defense should think of moving along to instead of the current yawning we are all doing with him today.
