Guilty only on the Mann Act Transportation charges. Wow! To say I do not understand is an understatement. Very disappointed with this jury’s decisions.

Doesn’t it seem a little odd that yesterday they said they couldn’t reach a verdict on count one and now with very little deliberation this morning they have one? It sounds like someone (or several someones) just wanted this to be over and gave up whatever view(s) they had yesterday to go along...

LVD didn’t want to have a sentencing report done and wanted sentencing within 30 days and wants expedited back to ID asap. If she wanted to get back to ID so fast she could have pled guilty when they brought her to AZ or she could have not tried to prolong this trial with her antics. I’m sure...

I keep hearing people say LVD & CD put the seat in the day before the shooting but my notes said the afternoon of the shooting just like you said. Here’s my thoughts on that… I don’t think LVD actually got the storage unit to store the jeep tire and seat even though she got it the day before...
