I don't know which is more horrifying...the possibility that these three little ones are siblings killed by their caretaker or the idea that they could be random victims of a serial killer! I hope LE released more information soon.
They have it in the solved section of their website with the gentleman's name but I don't know if they're just assuming it's him? Maybe the DNA sample was too degraded for LE to confirm it...I'm hoping for the man's family that it is him so they at least know what happened to him.

According to an article dated 10-14-2001, the infant was not stillborn. Safeway employees found her near their trash compactor in a small box.
I don't think a baby born that small would have much chance of survival without medical intervention...that size seems really premature. Although I guess a baby who had been neglected after birth could lose weight and get down to 4 pounds, but 11 inches still seems really, really tiny.
Police have identified the matches as coming from a Bloomsburg, PA restaurant that was in business then...the Publick House at Hotel Magee.

I hate cases where a pregnant woman goes missing...we've seen it way too many times before and it never seems to have the outcome we'd like. I really hope she can be found safely...this case isn't getting nearly enough media attention.
I know age ranges can be pretty difficult to establish with certainty, but I can't really see this guy being at the lower end of the range...if he was only in his 30s he really didn't age well. I wonder if he was someone who retired to Florida and possibly didn't have any family in the area to...
Normally I would say the height difference is too significant but NamUs no longer lists a range for his height, just estimates that he was around 6 feet tall (as opposed to earlier when they had a lower height range included) and it does say only partial remains were recovered, so I don't think...
