I found two shareable links with details about this child.

DNA available!

DNA evidence from both cases, as well as Louisville Police Department's yet-to-be-solved 2001 "Baby M" case, were retyped and submitted into a public genealogy database to identify possible familial matches.

0’11 and 4lb… premature or stillborn?

I don't think a baby born that small would have much chance of survival without medical intervention...that size seems really premature. Although I guess a baby who had been neglected after birth could lose weight and get down to 4 pounds, but 11 inches still seems really, really tiny.
