It's entirely possible the accusations being leveled against #17 are true. Unfortunately, we will never know for sure what drove her to her decision unless she talks. I should have clarified better. My comments were mainly concerning other Internet blogs I read elsewhere.

I'm sorry you chose to take my comments personally. My intention was not to disqualify your status as a family member of a murder victim. I was simply pointing to the fact that this juror chose NOT to speak out on her feelings, which are hers and hers alone. I think it unreasonable for strangers...

I sincerely hope I'm reading this wrong, but many of these posts and blogs feel like passive-aggressive, veiled threats directed at or about juror 17. I'm thinking you are nice people with good intentions who may need to take a deep breath and understand that no matter your own life experiences...

I hear you, sister! If she got the DP this crapola would drag on and on. Now, this is the end of her "celebrity" . She's just another convicted murderer who will quickly fade into the gray walls of obscurity. I honestly believe that for her ... That's worse than a death sentence.

Silver lining time, peeps! It's over. No appeals, no fancy death row representation, no anti-death groups screeching about sparing her, no last minute stays. Now, she rots in jail.
