What do you mean "what happened to the first jury after the trial?"
I meant to say what happened WITH the jury ... not to them.

A person could be in the courtroom and still get it wrong, IMO. I just cannot believe anyone would be asked about guilt or innocence in this selection process. That is a question for the guilt phase. It is irrelevant here and my guess is Gold got it wrong. Possibly someone said they do not believe her guilty and was dismissed, but I doubt many potential jurors think the first jury got it wrong. IMO again.
Just getting these little snippets of info isn't the full story.
Don't assume anything like the judge isn't instructing the jurors what this case is about...
140 character tweets are not going to provide the full scope of all that is occurring inside the courtroom.

Maybe the jurors arent saying their minds are made up about GUILt vs INNOCENCE. Maybe their minds are made up about the DEATH PENALTY.
I've read all tweets posted about today on Twitter. Lol And they all basically say that JSS asks the jurors if they can be fair in these proceedings. She's not asking whether they think she's guilty or not and she's also not asking whether they could be impartial when imposing a sentence. She's kept it very vague and Jeff and others seem to think the jurors are answering, thinking that JSS is talking about guilt vs innocence.
Can anyone tell me if the tweets mentioned whether Travis' family was in the courtroom today or not?
IMO, if there was a chance JSS "forgot" to explain something, JM would remind her. Perhaps the people in the media closet don't have all the information . . .
Thanks to all who took the time to post the tweets today. :blowkiss:
JVM is on HLN right now, but she's talking about Hannah Graham (there are other things in this world besides missy :jail: ).
Good. The world does not revolve around Arias and I hope there is no coverage of the proceedings unless something happens that is newsworthy. And in that case, that it is accurately reported. Which I realize is asking alot, especially from the likes of JVM and NG.
The way things went today with the tweets and all the confusion about what was actually going on in the courtroom and what questions were asked that got so many jurors dismissed...wow...I can hardly wait til the actual retrial begins. That will be the real sideshow. I expect witnesses to be misquoted, at the very least. Each day we will all be left wondering more than knowing.
Just had to post this:

Stephens needs to say "This defendant is guilty of 1st degree premeditated murder. What are your feelings on the death penalty?" #JodiArias
Your comment made me wonder......JUST WHY did she moved his body to shower?? It must have taken a lot of adrenalin and strengthen to do that....and wasted a lot of time. What was her motivation to do it? Clearly it was obvious his throat was cut at the entrance to the bedroom, so why move him? And it made cleaning herself harder....
