I'd refer to SteveS post earlier about how they "might/could" lay these charges out AFTER the AK conviction is in stone and he's put away. No rush in a murder charge, but they do have a time limit on AK charge and his "speedy trial" right.

That's a lot of evidence collected and already turned over to the defense, (not even counting the terabyte) yet he's the only one jailed and the only one being charged in this. I'm sticking with the opinions he's THE guy. On a side note, I'm glad the gag order was dropped. The state & judge...

I've never been able to fully or really grasp what a person would think had they no empathy. Every scenario I can think of, there's my own internal emotions that skew my perception. I recently had a doctor describe what a person without empathy would feel (or think) about assault, torture...
